The commode had stains- buckets and mugs were not clean at all. Bed sheets and blankets didn't seem washed. Overall the place didn't feel clean at all. Would request a adhoc visit by booking.cok to give constructive feedback to the hotel.

Nice clean property. Quiet place. Reasonable value for money.
Pros:

1)I was looking for closer location to Mumbai Bangalore highway. This place was 3.5 kms from that. I was okay with that.
2)The room was bigger. I was okay with the size. This was okay for 2 persons but not for third person. Third person would be a crowd.
3)They offered 1 mineral water bottle as complimentary which was good
4)The breakfast was served hot and it was tasty. They served Poha, Upama and Egg omlet (I have stated an important quality issue in my dislikes.

Cons:

1)Breakfast was hot and tasty except for Egg Omlet as it had smell of oil. I am not sure of the quality of oil used for Omlet or the pan used to shallow fry it (may be it was unclean). When person asked me about quality of the breakfast I stated that. This person when he spoke to an old man he was screaming as to why am I complaining looking at me. This behavior was highly ridiculous. The feedback is always honest and one must happily accept it and must look at it and revert only after checking. The old man has never learnt this such a simple yet very important thing in life. He must be given this feedback which are towards him. This is why for staff they didn't get highest rating.
2)The beds were not hard enough and the pillows were too hard. Hence it was not good for sound sleep. I could sleep well. My wife had disturbed sleep due to this issue. Hence comfort score above was not the best.
3)The toilet door was too noisy when it was opened or closed.
