Нашата прекрасна почивка
Pros:

Хотелът е прекрасен. Стаите са чисти и комфортни, снабдени с всичко необходимо. Персоналът е много любезен и отзивчив. Храната в ресторанта е вкусна и разнообразна. Останах много доволна от престоя си. С удоволствие бих го посетила отново. Препоръчвам !

Le spa, la terrasse pour les repas et le cadre.

Cons:

Le spa n'était pas mis en route. On a demandé à la réception qu'il vienne les alumer.Du attendre que le hammam chauffe, le jacuzzi chauffe et le sauna on n'a pas su l'utiliser car après 1h il était même pas à 50 degrés mais on était seul donc petit plus.

Шикарный отель, новый, современный. Расположен в самом парке, имеет свою парковку., ресторан. Большой номер, уютный, фунуциональный. Все удобства. Ночной сон в тихом лесу, свежий воздух. персонал приветлевый, все стараются. Рекомендую.

Cons:

Правила заезда на территорию не сообщили в письме и не указано на сайте. Пришлось авто оставить на общей парковка парка и пройти пешком в отель. На рецепции обьясеили, что надо купить билет в парк и тогда откроют шлагбаум для заезда в отель. С выездом промблем нет. Работник отеля вводит Ваши данные и свободно выезжаете.

*** звезден хотел, който надвиши всякакви очаквания. На 10 минути от Крушунските водопади, в самия комплекс. Препоръчвам 100%! Невероятна природа! Хигиена, локация, любезност, вкусна храна.

Чудесно място за отмора
Pros:

Хотелът се намира в самия парк до водопадите, които посетихме няколко пъти.
Чист е. Кухнята е отлична. Закуската беше ок. Наоколо е тихо и приятно. На две минути от хотела се намира и плувен басейн [плаща се отделно], където прекарахме цял ден. Пътят до там беше удобен.
На връщане видяхме и Деветашката пещера. Чудесен уикенд.

Cons:

Струва ми се, че може да се организира гостите на хотела да могат да ползват басейна безплатно (или да е включено в цената)

下次不想来了，宣传照片和实际体验差距蛮大。

蚊子很多，而且我定的是大床，但实际给的是两张小床。去酒店后面的餐厅就餐，价格很贵，而且无法和房费一起结算。

L'hotel est très charmant et se trouve a deux pas des chutes! Nous avons testé plusieurs plats du restaurants et nous sommes regalés a chaque fois
Le personnel y est très discret et sympathique. La zone SPA est vraiment très agréable. Je vous recommande cet endroit à 100%

Un sejur excelent
Pros:

In primul rand ne-a placut ca hotelul era amplasat in mijlocul padurii. Am adormit si ne-am trezit in sunet de parau si cantec de pasari, Patul a fost confortabil, micul dejun a fost ok, personalul amabil ( mai ales ospatarul care ne-a servit cina )si atmosfera placuta.

Cons:

Nu a fost nimic sa ne displaca.
