A lie
Pros:

The staff in the restaurant were very nice and helpful

Cons:

They lie about the spa
It's not working. I went there for only two nights to relax and I found out that the spa is not working.
The manager lie they are fixing it but on the second day was still not working. I lost my only two days to travel for nothing. My daughter was disappointed as well.They need to remove the spa from the facilities they offer 😒 This is not right to play with people's money and time

Relaxare si bunadispozitie
Pros:

Pros:

Set within a park, the hotel provides a peaceful and secure environment, a seamless check-in experience, excellent bed quality, and well-kept amenities throughout.

Cons:

A small breakfast buffet would have added more convenience, as the current à la carte–only option feels a bit limited.

Additionally, for a hotel of this rating, it was disappointing at dinner that a simple request to replace regular potatoes with sweet potatoes — for a mini hamburger priced at over €15 — could not be accommodated.
