Molto buona la ristorazione

Cons:

Mancano tutti i piccoli confort gratuiti per i clienti che ci si aspettano da un hotel di questo livello (stuzzichini e bevande per la merenda, tisane o simili nell' area piscina...)

Pros:

Bellissimo Albergo completamente ristrutturato da pochi anni. Ottima posizione sia in inverno (molto vicino agli impianti) ma anche in estate.
Servizi eccellenti, splendida spa con 2 piscine una interna ed una esterna. Personale impeccabile, ottimo il ristorante.
Nota di merito per la colazione buon buffet con la possibilità di chiedere numerosi piatti espressi serviti direttamente al tavolo.

Cons:

Non saprei cosa dire. Forse proprio a trovare il pelo nell’uovo l’acqua piscina esterna se fosse stata leggermente più calda sarebbe stata perfetta.

Good potential but it doesn't quite meet the expectations

Good location, good room size, nice pool and wellness, good food.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit tired and there was a musky smell. The mini bar was empty during our whole stay and we had to go to the bar to get water for the room. No complementary water and no mini bar water to make it more convenient. No coffee maker (no big deal) and not a single spoon in the room to mix my vitamin powder. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The spa is not allowed for children under 16 years of age and mainly families come to this hotel. In the spa zone, there is only one place to get water and they feature small 1dl paper cups and three 1L bottles which are always empty. Having saunas without assuring water is absolutely not acceptable. For the tea they provide paper cups which is cheap, inconvenient and unhealthy as all paper cups leak microplastics, highly released at high temperatures. Spa Zone works from 3pm to 7 30 PM despite the fact that many family members don't ski (or take a break for a day at times) and would gladly use spa facilities during the day. At least one operational sauna would be ok. The daily snack is subpar in quality. We continually kept getting the feeling of hotel trying to be very frugal with operational Spa expenses, optimizing costs too much and therefore being deficient on many items which should be customary, especially for this price bracket. There was nothing really bad but it lacked the feeling of complete and satisfactory service and we will not return.

Perfect, will definitely visit again.
Pros:

The most amazing welcome and fabulous stay. All of the staff were incredibly helpful, the food was delicious (we were 1/2 board with so many choices / options for both breakfast and a 3/4 course dinner) and the facilities were superb. We would thoroughly recommend Hotel Christiania and would love to return.

Dream property in an ideal location.
Pros:

Quality property, from the check in to check out. Luxury level accommodations, gorgeous pool area(s). Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Price of food in the restaurant was excessive. Don’t doubt it is quality but 20€ for a piece of melon and prosciutto is too much. There are many great restaurants within walking distance so it was no issue. And some of them weren’t inexpensive either.

Gorgeous hotel with fantastic views of the mountains. Good facilities and excellent food and staff.
Pros:

Spa facilities were fantastic. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Felt for the bar staff having to walk the distance from the main bar to the outdoor pool. Might be good for the hotel to invest in a small poolside bar for ease.

Must come again!
Pros:

Superb hotel, next to ski lifts. Amazing SPA, saunas, interior and exterior heated pool. Spacious rooms, friendly and helpfull staff. Very nice breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay there.
