Great ski vacation, excellent room, staff and facilities!
Pros:

Breakfast was great: diverse and rich - covering a wide range of preferences.
Dinner with 4 courses - more than enough. Plus Chef arrangements!
Room - excellent: all the facilities (minus a fridge, but unnecessary during winter). Generous space for 2, especially when ski equipment involved. Large room terrace with a great view to the mountains.
Facilities: large, modern ski room, generous parking, modern sauna + accessories.
Staff - marvellous! Always available and polite.

Cons:

Hard to find something I did not like about the Hotel. Even after giving myself some time to think and re-evaluate.

Pobyt bardzo udany, z przyjemnością wrócimy.
Pros:

Fantastyczna obsługa, oboje kelnerzy oraz sympatyczny właściciel. Rewelacyjne SPA w tym sauna z przepięknym widokiem. Bardzo smaczne i zróżnicowane kolacje i śniadania. Czyściutko, pachnąco i wygodnie. Narciarnia z szafkami i podgrzewanymi wieszakami na buty.

Amazing hotel with amazing stuff! We are planning to return there again and again.
Pros:

Everything, but dining experience is the best! We didn’t expect this level at all :)
Very nice stuff, facilities, close to cool hiking routes, tasty cozy breakfasts, wow dinners. Amazing vacations. Couldn’t ask for more.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Fantastic stay! Definitely do the half board as there are no restaurants near by. The food is incredible and the staff are so attentive!

Wonderful oasis for comfort, relaxation, delicious food and mountain view’s.
Pros:

A wonderful family run hotel that takes pride in their customer experience. I loved the modern room, wonderful food and amazing rooftop spa area. The sauna is the biggest one I have ever been in and the mountain views through the sauna window and whole spa area is amazing. So tranquil and relaxing.

The towels in the room were changed every day which was unnecessary

Cozy, lovely and delicious place for a calm stay with SPA!
Pros:

high quality breakfast, a lot to choose from. you can ask for eggs of any kind you want and the cook them for you.
loved the spa area - it has an amazing view and is included in room price. could be longer working hours though.

Cons:

we checked-in on dinner time, though dinner wasn't included in our room price (intentionally). but what we didn't know is that you can't order anything to eat unless it's booked upfront! as in the town there are almost no places to eat, we spent quite a while looking for where to get at least something to eat.
on breakfast we ordered fried eggs but they were cooked way too much and even burnt.
the location of the hotel is quite far from everything else, you should expect that :)
