отель супер! атмосферное место. Расположен в 15 минутах ходьбы в лыжных ботинках от полъемника PIZ la ILa. также предоставляется трансфер. Место для хранения лыжных принадлежностей. Особенно хочу отметить ужин и мятную дегустацию. Отдельное спасибо Марио, за внимание и услужливость. По просьбе предоставили чайник. По умолчанию он в номерах отсутствует.

Cons:

Минусов для меня нет. Хотя можно придраться ко всему.

Hotel doesn’t deliver the promise of a comfortable stay. Comfy bed and clean room is not enough for a place rated 8+.
- The staff didn’t seem very interested in the guests. You pretty much have to ask for everything twice.
- The kids’ playroom listed on Booking? Closed. When I asked why, the answer was: “We shut it down during COVID and never reopened it.” Really? That was four years ago.
- Same story with the ping-pong table — mentioned in the description, but there’s nothing on site. Honestly, that feels like scam, since those two things were part of the reason we picked this place.
- The SPA area is small and totally off-limits for kids. Plus, it closes early in the evening. And guess what the explanation was? “Because people would hang out in the SPA and not go to the restaurant.” Come on.
- Restaurant — you can’t just go there in the evening unless you signed up for it during breakfast. We arrived late and got sent to a pizzeria outside the hotel.
- Breakfast itself was basic, with a pretty limited selection of food.

Nice hotel, quiet, not too far away from the gondola. Lovely staff.
Pros:

Quiet hotel. The team running the hotel were friendly and made you feel at home right away.
