Cons:

not possible to sleep, parties parties parties! food very poor. Staff at reception not very friendly. When I said that I have very bad night and cant sleep till 12am as there was laud music and shouting in hotel, she just ignore me. Nightmare not a hotel. Never ever again

Convenient and cosy stopover when crossing through South Wales
Pros:

Les chambres refaites récemment vraiment bien et confortables avec de la moquette toute douce.
Personnel aimable et serviable lorsque nous avons présenté des besoins particuliers liés au sommeil de notre fils.
Le petit a apprécié la piscine !
Gym top, super bien équipée.
Emplacement pratique sur notre chemin vers le port de Fishguard.

Cons:

Piscine pas super propre, que ce soit l'eau ou les coins dans les vestiaires. Nécessite clairement plus de passages de nettoyage et surtout un nettoyage plus perfectionniste...
Restaurant horriblement cher qui double presque le coût de la nuit...! (les plats à 25 euros sans option moins chère il faut arrêter, qui a les moyens ?)

Enjoyed our stay evening meal Xmas menu absolutely delicious and good value x staff are lovely x very comfy beds

Lovely hotel clean rooms nice staff nice atmosphere

Cons:

Spa was disappointing, pool was small, shower was broken, jakuzzi broken, no cups for water fawcet and the lift to Spa was also broken so we had to walk through the bar area in robes towels etc .

Restful stay in a welcoming hotel.
Pros:

Stayed in the annexe as we wanted a quiet room away from the busy hotel, as it was Christmas Party season. Lovely room, nicely furnished and we had a comfortable and peaceful night.
The reception staff were just delightful, as were the staff in the restaurant at breakfast. So helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Car parking was difficult, as it was jam-packed with parties. The hard-standing had marked spaces, but despite this, the front of the steps was blocked with cars, making it difficult to access. Parking in the grass overflow area was unsuitable for winter, as it was muddy and wet, and the area was poorly lit in the evening.

Nice environment but needs attention to detail.
Pros:

The public areas were spacious and festively decorated. Our room (executive) was spacious, as was the bathroom. There was plenty of parking. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean.

Cons:

The room was tired in places- in particular, the faux fabric on the headboard was disintegrating and left dark flakes on the bed sheets.
The standard of the breakfast didn’t live up to the quality of the building. Tinned tomatoes, cheap bready sausage, value fruit juice and toast that on both mornings was presented burnt side down
(did the staff think we wouldn’t notice?!). A £1.50 per cup surcharge for any ‘specialty’ coffee (eg a cappuccino) above a standard pot (which was weak and tasteless) seemed very penny pinching. We had intended to dine at the restaurant one evening but our breakfast experience led us to eat elsewhere.

Paid 160 for one night - no AC, breakfast poor, staff lovely though, dated and old facilities - so expensive for what you get - gym needs serious updating

Lovely staff in a beautifully decorated hotel. Delicious food.
Pros:

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, on reception, bar and in breakfast room.
Excellent food at party buffet. Hot and cooked beautifully.
Nice room.
Beautifully decorated for Christmas.
Good parking.

Cons:

Lift was having a nervous breakdown! Trembling, hesitant and indecisive!
Hairs in bath...eek.
Some parts of swimming pool area seem tired and rusty. Towels very small and not nice.
