Polite and helpful staff. Good sized room and bathroom
Some lockers in the spa changing rooms don't work and need repairing.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff, they were absolutely amazing, everyone we met was so kind and helpful. We had an Executive Room and it was comfortable and spacious with all the facilities we needed, but I was a bit disappointed in the standard of cleaning-quite a bit of dust! There were two TVs for added comfort but they were both operated from one handset which was very odd! The hotel was easy to find, with loads of parking and the location was great for exploring this part of Wales. We didn't use the spa facilities, but the pool looked nice.
The food offer was quite poor. Breakfast was OK but the toast was pre-made and then left to go cold and hard and the bacon was also left out too long so was close to inedible. But the worst thing was that the coffee was instant!!! You could however, buy a proper cup from the bar, which we did, but that was £1.50 extra. We had dinner on our first (of two) night and it was really not that special and so we went elsewhere on our second night.

Exekutive war nicht exekutiv, sondern höchstens nur Standard. Zudem waren sie ausserhalb des Hotels. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, hatte Spinnen, Dusche grau. Das Waschbecken war klein und minimal. Zudem erhellte eine grüne Sicherheitslampe das Zimmer. Eine provisorische Abdeckung war nur auf die Reklamation hin angebracht worden. Das Frühstück war nicht speziell, Käse nur auf Verlangen und ein richtiges Café nur gegen Bezahlung.
The room was large and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The outside seating area was very enjoyable. The pool was an added bonus.
We were there for a family celebration and the venue was excellent.
The service at the bar and restaurant was a bit slow at times.
The staff were more than helpful, breakfast superb.

The mattresses were awful struggled to sleep my wife woke up with a bad back. Embarrassed to mention to the staff because they were lovely. Very disappointed. Plus marks stains in the bathroom sub 4star.
Lovely friendly staff. Who work hard. Good food. Good choice. Great large room. Comfy bed. Staff always ready to help. Ben on reception is a star. Such a warm welcome. Been twice now and will be back again.

Easy access to our room in the coach house, lovely staff, facilities were good and location was central to the sights we wanted to drive to.
Main hotel could do with a makeover, does appeal to a slightly older generation than ourselves.
Could do with a mini fridge in the room and the food wasn't the best at least the burger that I had wasn't great.

The room was clean and as discribed.The food in both the restrant in the evening and breakfasts were good.A good base for visiting the wider area.
We would have liked a robe for visiting the spa area from our rooms and for there tobe private changing cubicals in both the male and female changing rooms which were open planned. We were also concerned with a local male guest (spa club member) using a phone in the spa area and making video calls constantly and filming guests and their children without consent, unchallenged as there were no staff about.The spa could do with a make over as it was clearly dated and grubby looking.

Good location just outside the town centre. Good sized room and kept very clean. Breakfasts offered were great. Very nice bar and lounge area. Ample free parking.
Nice furniture in room but somewhat minimalist- no safe, fridge or wardrobe (although I didn’t actually check before booking). It certainly maximised an already good space.
