Well meaning nice staff over priced for the standard of the hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and Liz took care of us very well.

Cons:

The hotel was a bit tired and dated. There were stains on the room ceiling and the furniture looked worn. There were only two pretty flat pillows on a big bed. Poor electric charging options - just felt it was in need of modernisation and some TLC.

The food wasn’t very hot more variety needed the first night we had steak deal beautiful the second night we had beef borginian and black forest desert which was awful

Pros:

Nice location facilities not used much but room was very cold with no heating until we arrived late 21:30. Then the radiator took a long time to warm the room. Very noisy extraction fan in bathroom.

Great place, I’m glad I chose to stay here. I will stay again.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and nothing was a problem. Particularly the breakfast staff. I can’t remember her name, but she was lovely. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming. The food was delicious and good beer, too. The room was comfortable and I slept like a log.

Enjoyed everything about my stay.

Would recommend and stay again
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and very hard working. Rooms are large and comfortable. The food was exceptional.

Cons:

Menu in the room was not the same as the restaurant, different items and prices.

Wonderful visit
Pros:

We llove it there. Food is amazing. Staff are so friendly and inviting. Always have a lovely time when we visit. Hotel is spotlessly clean and all the staff are professional

Clean, friendly hotel . Staff very accommodating and we ate in the restaurant both nights . Food and service was excel

It was clean, lovely and spacious and the staff members were very accommodating. Exceptional service from staff and nothing was too much trouble for them. All polite and friendly.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike. we had a problem with our shower, however they resolved the issue immediately.
