Really welcoming staff, liked the layout a bit quirky, plenty of places to sit and relax.
Our room was quiet and very clean. We had an evening meal good value for money, tasty and freshly made. We ate breakfast there and although there was a buffet the kitchen staff were brilliant in cooking something different for us.

The breakfast buffet sometimes was lacking in a few items and at other times some of the food appeared to have been standing around for a little while.

Staff were unbelievably friendly and accommodating. Always more than happy to oblige and go out of their way to make the stay more pleasurable. Rooms were perfect, the spa was abit outdated and could do with a refurbishment. The food in the restaurant was realy nice and tasty.

Room smelt horrible because of the drains. Facilities say they’re open until 8 but they turn everything off before that time. Room wasn’t clean. There was a contact lens on the nightstand

One one small gripe was that the waitress during breakfast was on her own and it was busy.

La piscine manque d’entretien. Il y avait des verres de bière qui traînaient, un pansement dans le hamam et l’ensemble manquait de soin.
