Clean, friendly hotel . Staff very accommodating and we ate in the restaurant both nights . Food and service was excel

It was clean, lovely and spacious and the staff members were very accommodating. Exceptional service from staff and nothing was too much trouble for them. All polite and friendly.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike. we had a problem with our shower, however they resolved the issue immediately.

Disappointing due to the poor spa. Overpriced

I booked a double executive room - standard was good, big room and bathroom.

Cons:

The spa was very disappointing. Tired, in need of full renovation. Jacuzzi luke warm. I chose the hotel for the spa and planned to spend a few hours in the spa. I spent just one hour in there as it was not a relaxing environment. It let the hotel down.
My room 44 was directly above reception and I could hear the receptionist talking and on the phone. Had to turn the TV on to drown that out.

Cons:

not possible to sleep, parties parties parties! food very poor. Staff at reception not very friendly. When I said that I have very bad night and cant sleep till 12am as there was laud music and shouting in hotel, she just ignore me. Nightmare not a hotel. Never ever again
