Cons:

Absolutely horrible. Not recommended at all. Rooms were very untidy. We got stuck in the lift for 10 minutes. The room service is appalling. The hotel staff does not respond. We got tea served 1 hour after ordering. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!
