Прекрасно място за истинска почивка
Pros:

Всичко беше на високо ниво, стаята беше прекрасна, изключително чиста и комфортна, закуската ни впечатли, а персоналът беше много любезен, усмихнат и отзивчив. Особено приятно впечатление ми направи и вниманието по повод рождения ми ден. При пристигането ни очакваше купа с плодове, а по-късно получихме торта и поздравително писмо от хотела. Малък, но много мил жест, който определено направи престоя ми още по-специален.

Наистина не ни липсваше нищо и престоят ни беше точно такъв, какъвто бихме искали да бъде по време на една почивка.

Cons:

Единственото нещо, което бих отбелязал, е че при едно от посещенията ни джакузито в СПА зоната не беше в особено добро състояние (съответно не го използвахме). Предполагам, че е било по-скоро нещо моментно и съм сигурен, че контролът ще бъде засилен след нашата обратна връзка.

Pros:

Чисто, на 50 м от плажа, любезен персонал.
В ресторанта ни обслужва едно младо момче - беше много приятен и земен човек. Храната беше вкусна, но нямаш огромен избор от ястия. Единствено за вечеря не ми допадна, че 2 дни подред имаше буквално едно и също.
Хотела има 2 детски къта - вътрешен и външен, чисти и добре оборудвани. Има детски плитък басейн.
В близост до хотела има магазини, заведения, аптека, центъра също е близко.

Cons:

Водата в басейна е студена.
Слабо налягане на водата в банята.
Малко е скъпо на свободна консумация - бира 7€, коктейл 10€, най-евтината пица 27€.

Чудесен избор за семейства с деца
Pros:

Чудесен хотел, любезен и отзивчив персонал, много добро място за семейства с деца. Закуската ни хареса, има избор за всеки вкус (освен сиренето, трябва да смените доставчика).

Cons:

Бяхме настанени на третия етаж (послед) и в нашата стая налягането на водата на душа беше ниско. Това нямаше отношение към времевия интервал, в който се ползва душа. За човек с дълга и гъста коса, измиването и беше трудно. Водата ту ставаше гореща, ту студено.
Водата в басейна също беше студена.

Très déçue
Pros:

L’emplacement dans le centre malgré une mauvaise exposition de l’hôtel, la piscine est très mal exposée.

Cons:

Le personnel n’est pas qualifié, la plupart ne parle pas l’anglais, les chambres ne sont pas propres, le buffet ne varie pas beaucoup, et les plats chauds sont tièdes voir froids !

Pros:

The staff were generally very attentive, kind and helpful throughout our stay, particularly the breakfast staff, who were exceptionally attentive and helpful every morning. Breakfast had a good selection, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the gym had sufficient facilities, and having parking was very convenient.

Cons:

The jacuzzi was dirty on several occasions.

The late checkout policy felt unnecessarily inflexible. Standard check-in is at 15:00, while checkout is at 11:00. We only needed one additional hour until 12:00 and were told it would cost €15, despite the room being available and not needed for another guest. In my experience, charging for a single additional hour when the room is available is not common practice for hotels of this standard, particularly when the hotel is already charging a premium rate. €15 for just one extra hour felt excessive, so we simply checked out at 11:00.

The classic massage was very disappointing and was the one exception to the otherwise attentive and kind staff. I arrived three minutes early and the therapist immediately pointed this out in a way that made me feel unwelcome. The room was cold, the air conditioning blew directly onto me, and the lighting and music were not relaxing. He never asked about the pressure or how I was finding the massage, and I didn’t feel comfortable commenting during the treatment. At the end, the only thing he said was where to pay and that I could leave a tip if I wanted. The massage itself felt more like light caressing than an actual massage, with very little pressure or effort, and I felt no difference afterwards.
