Great location with Value for money
Pros:

Location on the highway, easy to get auto/cabs to/from rail station, 12-15 mins. Easy to reach nearby spots Mapro garden, Narayani Dhaam, Wax museum, even Karla caves. Clean spacious rooms and bathroom with all basic amenities and beautiful mountain views from wall to wall windows in roadside rooms. One Family restaurant adjacent. But foods can be ordered online. The staff at reception was well behaved and cooperative. The check-in was smooth. We received an extra pillow and bedsheet on request.

Cons:

The quality of linen needs to be improved. One bedsheet appeared unclean with traces of hair, but when reported, replaced with a fresh one.

Pros:

The cleanliness and staff behaviour was very good.
Initially they allocated a room but the window view was not there so we asked receptionist to provide a different room and he gave another room.

Cons:

I kept the AC temperature at 18 but the room was not that cold. If you are the person who sweats a lot then you can check with the room temperature and ask the staff or a receptionist about ac.
