location is amazing surrounded with hills. balcony is huge. If you're a peace lover than this location is very nice to chill out enjoy reading books and coffee tea sitting long hours over the balcony open area. Dhiraj an owner is very friendly and available 24*7 for assistance. They have their own coffee and spice farms. You can request to make a visit to see how coffee grown and roast. The premises have substantial parking area so no worries to park your wheels.
rooms are big but need wardrobes to keep belongings.
Hotel surrounding area, it is located around 2 km from madikeri bus stand, Dheeraj and his father's behaviour.
I stayed on the first floor, TV is not there, for glass windows there is no grill protection in the bedroom and washroom, no bed light, kitchen is not accessible, there is no tea or coffee maker. We cannot get any food within walking distance and there no is service auto or public transport to reach there, if you have rented or own a vehicle you can reach it easily or you can hire an auto or car.

We Loved It!
I stayed here with my family for a night. We stayed in the second-floor room that opens to the balcony. Great views, clean room, large room, large bed. Overall great.
The bathroom did not have a cloth hanger. It looked like it had come off, and they had a temporary arrangement in place with an actual cloth hanger hung on the valve for the hot water. But the problem was, that the weight of the clothes on the valve caused a leak and dampened your clothes. I hope they fix it with a permanet solution.
Our host Dheeraj was very kind. Never felt that we were away from our home to another city. Since day one, he made sure that we don't have to face any problem. Even when we were about to come back to the homestay after sightseeing and not able to get the roads he would guide us until we reach safely back to home. I would love to go back again whenever I'll visit to Coorg
Nothing that I know of.
The rooms were clean and spacious. The staffs are extremely helpful, cooperating, and well-behaved.
Finding the place was a bit challenging for us until the staff came and guided us through.
The property is in outskirts.so away from citi hustle bustle.
Getting local transport is little challenge and the hotel does not have a kitchen.
Had a wonderful stay! The homestay was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.
The only downside? The beds were so comfy, I think I might've set a new record for sleeping in. Hosts should come with a warning: 'May cause excessive relaxation.

Not sure how the property got very good reviews .
We have stayed two days and check in is smooth but rooms were not cleaned and full of insects .
Beds sheets are not cleaned and pillows are dirty .

Location is interior but the best views makes it worth it, if you want to enjoy the typical coorg stay would recommend this which is amidst hills
Facilities are bare minimum, no TV, Wifi was not that good. Especially bathroom no cloth hangers
