Awesome location! Rooms need upgrading
Pros:

The location was excellent and staff very very nice and helpful

Cons:

The beds are in need of an upgrade. The mattresses were like sleeping on a box spring. Decor is tired and would have loved to have seen something more natural that would better represent Monsanto

O Hotel tem uma relação custo beneficio agradável, entretanto deixo-vos um comentário construtivo.
Atendimento da staff bom.

Cons:

A cama deve ser melhorada, estava com muito uso, deixando a em ma qualidade de uso e descanso.
O chuveiro estava com muita pouca pressão e quase não aqueceu.
O pequeno almoço estava bom, entretanto se melhorarem , a qualidade sobe.
Grato pela experiencia.

A 1 paso del castillo.
Pros:

El hotel esta bien ubicado, y cerca del castillo. En la zona hay resto y todo al alcance para conocer Monsanto en 1 o 2 dias.
Lo malo es que no andaba el aire, y de noche hace frio, así que nos cambiaron de habitación, cuando habíamos elegido la única que tenia vistas. Si bien, lo resolvieron, la habitación era mas pequeña.

Cons:

No chequear el uso de A/A antes de nuestra llegada.

Pros:

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo à antiga igreja, bem no centro histórico de Monsanto. Instalações relativamente novas e bem cuidadas. Funcionários simpáticos e bom pequeno almoço. Recomendo a estadia.

El desayuno.

Cons:

El colchón era como un acordeón en las 2 camas, incapaz de dormir y silencio no había, tuvimos que apagar la calefacción ya tenia muchísimo ruido, total no calentaba y aún así seguía el ruido, no volveré más vas a descansar y me vine sin dormir.
