Pros:

Good service. Beautiful garden. Small room. Hotel is inside a parking restricted area. You’d need to contact the owner to open the parking barrier. Parking inside the yard. We had a full size SUV rental. Had to maneuver a few times through a narrow alley to back into the yard. Owner lady gave us some grapes when we left, very tasty.

Warm, inviting atmosphere. A true gem in the heart of Mtskheta. Host was so amazing. She extremely responsive and helpful.

Cons:

I have absolutely no complaints. I wouldn’t change anything.

Pros:

A charming owner. Exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - in the centre of old Mtskheta. A really pleasant restaurant close by.

Cons:

For a self driver somewhat difficult to find. But all is forgiven once found.
