Tolles und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Abholung und Rückfahrt war sehr angenehm und pünktlich. Ich komme gerne wieder. Danke!

Very nice staffs and cozy room
Pros:

The property has a good platform to see the mountain views when it’s sunny. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. I forgot something important at the hotel on my day checking out, and Mr.Luitel and his team helped deliver it all the way to airport on time before my flight. Very appreciated! The room service and food are good here as well. The room is clean and cozy for a solo traveller.

The rooms are not soundproof so easy to hear guest’s noise from other rooms

Pros:

We wanted to spend a little bit more than we usually would to find a nice stay in Nargakot. It was safe to say our expectations were exceeded here! We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Special mention to the hotel manager Mr Gavinda who upgraded us to a suite. We watched the sunrise from balcony and enjoyed a great lunch with spectacular views from one of the many decks.

Cons:

Our issues were addressed and resolved with complete professionalism. I have no need to write them here.

It was an old style building but beautiful.
Pros:

Stunning views of sunrise from its lobby. We just walked out and found beautiful sunrise vat the front of the hotel with stunning mountains views. Worth to be there for a beautiful morning.

Cons:

Breakfast was average standard. Shower cubicle was not installed so after taking bath it is going to get messy and need cleaning.

Perfect for what we wanted - a quiet break away from the bustle of Kathmandu.
Pros:

There were 2 large groups staying but the staff made us aware of their timings so that we could work around them and have, for example, a quiet space when we went for dinner. The staff were generally attentive but without being overbearing. There was a range of places to sit with different views, different amount of shade or sun as well as our own balcony space with comfortable chairs. It was in a quiet spot but not far to walk to a nature walk / shops / the bus park.
