Pros:

Excellent Infrastructure,but Human Resources need to be polished. A lot.

The Human factor.

We paid extra for the drinking water on the day of check out.

Paying 85 rs. after paying 12,000 is trivial but I found the thought behind it to be wrong, hence mentioning it

I felt that when our check out was by noon 11 then the drinking water at 6AM of that day ought to be included in the tariff like the rest of the stay days. (Tariff included one water bottle per person per day)

If we had asked for 'extra' water other than that, it ought be charged separately, OR
If we had asked for water AFTER the check out time.

I FIRST cleared the bill , AFTER that I enquired the Manager about it to which he gave the WEIRDEST reply, " I am not sure why the kitchen charged for this."

He ought to have an answer and because
he failed to offer it, I feel being wronged.

Till the time of checkout the guest MUST be entitled to amenities 'within the pre mentioned tariff at Booking.com'.

Otherwise, tomorrow the Hotel might ask us not to use the washroom on the morning of check out, then?

The Manager just lost a chance to be a gracious host and a good representative of his region and Enterprise, am not bitter but it certainly left a sour after taste.

Potdntial View - but was hazy.

For view excellent l9cation, bit slightly far from sort of center - but we ate at hotel, so this was not a real drawback

Very nice and kind staff in the hotel, delicious food, great location, clean rooms, wonderful wievs,quiet and peaceful area...we felt really good at this place,for sure coming back :)

Great place to unwind and enjoy the sunrise.
Pros:

They have a nice in house restaurant which serves great food. The room with a balcony had a great view of the sunrise and is spacious, well kept and quiet. You can walk to Nagarkot town in 15 mins and there are nature walks nearby. The hotel manager, Mr Droona is friendly and helpful.
