It was nicer on YouTube videos vs in reality.
Pros:

The location was very good. The property has a big investment in interior and architecture. The staff is nice and responsive. Toiletries were provided.

Cons:

Maintenance is not so good. The ladder in the duplex cottage has some weak spots. Fitting in the bathroom required proper maintenance.
The package on different aggregators was totally different. Some have AP, others have MAP.
The route to reach the property is rough and risky. Don't try after getting dark.

Cons:

Everything was excellent only distance was far from nainital if anyone plan to stay here so only enjoy cottage view food and tracking....don't plan to visit other place bcz view of pangot is marvelous .......enjoy here only ....thanks rooftop staff ......for safe comfortable and memorable stays.....

Excellent room, excellent location, warm and courteous service. Great for family visits.
Pros:

The location of the property, and the view from the property into the valley, is excellent. The surroundings are lush green, lots of bird sounds, and beautiful fragrance of eucalyptus and pine. The room itself is spacious and warm; the machan kind of small bed on top is a wonderful touch, kids loved it. Also, the small gallery on the upper level is sweet. The room and the location itself is worth the amount spent and time and effort expended to reach.

Cons:

The music could have been avoided; we had gone to be with nature, and not to listen to piped music :-). There is no network of Airtel and VI, only JIO. Wifi is sufficient. Also, if they could make arrangements for some off-road parking for a few cars, then it would really help.

It was a mesmerizing experience. A perfect break from the rushing life.
Pros:

The ambience was perfect. The scenic beauty there will add on to the services and facilities offered. Food was delicious, tasted like it was home-made and worth the money. The staff was cooperative and friendly.

Pros:

Liked nothing it’s completely resides in a jungle which is very scary and difficult to reach

Cons:

The property resides in a jungle where you can only see bad roads , with no network coverage and no people nearby its a haunted and a scary way to reach there ,they provide no facilities for travelling , and if they do they charges so high
