Unexpected beautiful hotel on exceptional island. Relationship with bike rentals and transfer of luggage made everything
Pros:

Great Location, restaurant for dinner and breakfast was convenient. Aesthetics of Frank Lloyd Wright lovely. Great communication. Staff outstanding. Wish we had stayed l longer.

Great stay, wonderful staff
Pros:

Good hotel, great value for money, excellent breakfast, we had also great dinner at the hotel’s restaurant.
The staff were fabulous, so helpful, professional and kind. Very recommended.

Great staff and nice lodging
Pros:

Lovely property; excellent staff, very clean. Nice size room. We loved Naoshima and the Wright Style was convenient to the art we were interested in seeing. The breakfast offerings were very good

Lovely stay not far from Benesse Art Site
Pros:

Comfortable and charming hotel with very kind staff. Pleasant sitting area and excellent dinner (not included) and breakfast buffet at neighboring Italian restaurant. Staff are very attentive to food allergies. Hotel arranged transport of bags from Miyanoura Port, which was very convenient.

Cons:

Location is excellent for Benesse Art Site but does require taking an infrequent bus or walking ~3 km from Miyanoura Port. It is a lovely walk in nice weather. As hotel staff will advise, hotel is not soundproof so it might be inadvisable for light sleepers or noisy guests.

A lovely, sparkling clean and comfortable room in The Annex.
Pros:

Breakfasts were excellent. Lots of variety, good amounts of food, well-prepared.
We also had dinner one night and had a delicious meal. Kudos to Chef and staff.

最高でした！
Pros:

今回で三度目の利用でしたが、変わらず、スタッフの皆さんの印象がとても良くて、安心して過ごせました。設備も申し分なく、気の利かせて下さっているところが至るところにあり、快適な宿泊ができました。また是非利用させていただきたいです。
