A very good hotel for hiking and biking in Eifel National Park.
Pros:

Room comfortable with all amenities. Great view on the Eifel National Park forests and lakes. Nice garden. Secure storage for bikes with power supply for recharging batteries. Good breakfast. Staff very friendly and always ready to satisfy customers requests.

Cons:

The hotel is not located in the Nideggen village but in Schmidt village. So a bit isolated. It was not a problem for us as we had a car. Restaurant not open all days.

Pros:

Die Balkonlage nach hinten mit Blick zum großen Garten sowie Wald und in der Ferne unten der See ist traumhaft. Der Frühstücksraum mit dieser Aussicht ebenfalls super. Die Zimmer nach vorne mit Stadtblick liegen direkt an der beginnenden Verkehrsstrasse durch den Ort und diese ist stark befahren. Wir hatten zunächst ein größeres Zimmer mit kleiner Küche und Kühlschrank jedoch zur lauten Straßenseite. Wir bekamen dann entgegenkommend ein normales Zimmer mit Blick zum Garten, das war Abends Balkon und Urlaubsfeeling :-)

Cons:

WLAN ist kein gesichertes mit Passwort sondern "Frei Funk"

War alles wie es seien sollte und die Aussicht vom Balkon war einmalig schön.

Cons:

Leider konnten wir nicht noch einen Tag verlängern weil das Hotel Betriebsferien hatte... ;o)

Das Zimmer ist geräumig, komfortabel. Die Betten sind nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr entgegenkommend, kulant und herzlich. Tolles Frühstück.

Lokatie, vriendelijk en behulpzaam, proper, lekker eten, uitzicht,...

Cons:

Badkamer is klein, twee personen kunnen er tegelijk niet in, en in de kamer was er geen zetel (sofa) zoals het op de foto stond bij booking.
Op de tweepersoonsbed waren er twee aparte één persoonsmatrassen. Op een matras zonder splitsing slapen is aangenamer. Dit was voor een kamer op de 2de verdieping. Verder alles is super proper!
