Cons:

Приїхали з чоловіком, шукали житло в Охтирці. Генератора в готелі немає, тож ми приїхали, побачили розбите скло в будці біля шлагбаума, світла не було. Темрява. Попередньо з нами звʼязалися лише напередодні, через смс у вайбері, сказали групу відключень. На місці почали дзвонити, дізнаватися як заселятися, бо навколо ні душі. Лише кіт бродив. Прийшов за хв 10-15 охоронець, сказав що він топить, лише коли світло є; харчування це хіба що в центрі міста, тут немає; мережі і інтернету теж немає коли світло вимикають. Тобто зручностей - майже ніяких немає. Лише дах над головою, в умовах відключень. Розуміємо, що в умовах війни відключення світла не провина готелю, але фото не відповідають дійсності, особливо взимку, і ніде не розписано про такі моменти. Готель нічого не робить, щоб це якось пофіксити, обладнати простір. Я вже не кажу про якісь там лазні та чани, які звучать дуже привабливо в холодну пору року. Тож ми просто розвернулись і поїхали шукати інше житло, не заселяючись. Тож беріть до уваги ці моменти перед бронюванням цього помешкання.

Cons:

На букінгу не вказано що пів готеля (3 будинки) і ресторан знищено обстрілами. Тут вистевлені фото номерів яких вже не існує. При бронюванні співробітник готелю написав на вайбер що номер технічно не доступний і буде інший за цією ж варістю. По факту, опалення не було, світла не було і людина спала в номері під двома ковдрами бо було холодно. Надворі зима майже, вночі було +1.
Жодного повідомлення від адмін готелю про те що є такі проблеми, не було!
