Schandalig.
Cons:

Bij aankomst in het hotel was alsof we in een gaarkeuken terecht waren gekomen. Met stomende niet echt lekker ruikende etensbakkken, als een lopend buffet.

De eerste kamer, wat klein en benauwd en wat waren de bedden vies met haren van de vorige gasten. Het lippenstift op de kussens en een gewoon vieze kamer.

Kan gebeuren dachten we totdat we kamer twee aangewezen kregen. Langs de balie, een achteraf kamer… nog erger dan de eerste.

Geld terug, ja graag. Maar na een gesprek met waarschijnlijk haar leidinggevende was dit niet meer mogelijk. We moesten maar een mailtje sturen.

Ik kom elke week in hotels, maar zoals dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt. Ja de foto’s zijn mooi maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd.

1 groot drama welke ik ook nog ga melden op de site.

Booking.com schandalig dat dit hotel via jullie geboekt kan worden.

Beschermen van klanten mag echt een stuk beter.

Advies om de klanten te sturen naar hotel De Eenhoorn. Wat een feestje was dat.

Schande.

Pros:

Alles soweit OK. Frühstück gut. Hotel könnte eine kosmetische Überarbeitung gebrauchen.

Cons:

Hund kostet 17,50 Euro extra vor Ort. War bei der Buchung nicht transparent. Ärgerlich!

leuk hotel zonder poespas, proper en voor een goede prijs

Zeer de moeite waard om nog eens te bezoeken.

voor mij was het ontbijt en de locatie prima

Cons:

met de valies de trappen op en af zeulen jammer, voor mensen die minder mobiel zijn is het niet geschikt ,hopelijk in de toekomst beter, ik ga zeker nog terug
