Schöne und erholsame Unterkunft in Beruwala
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Anveela war sehr schön.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber und der Pool ein toller Ort zum Entspannen. Es sind außerdem nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand.
Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Anveela is een geweldig kleinschalig hotel.
De eigenaar is heel zuinig op zijn hotel en zorgt ervoor dat alles goed geregeld word, het ontbijt was heerlijk! Authentiek Sri Lankaans ontbijt gecombineerd met toast en Sri Lankaanse marmelade en vers fruit.
Het hotel en zwembad zijn zo schoon! Dit heb ik tijdens onze reizen zelden op deze manier meegemaakt.
De eigenaar is echt behulpzaam,onze gesprekken met hem waren erg leuk!
Dit hotel is op loopafstand van het strand met gezellige strandtenten.
Ik kan dit hotel van harte aanbevelen, ik zou er zo weer naar terug gaan! 🙏

Pros:

Von der ruhigenUnterkunft sind es etwa 250 m zum Meer, die sehr gut zu Fuß zurückgelegt werden können. Der Pool und die Unterkunft sind sehr sauber. Alle Anliegen (einschließlich Flusssafari) werden vom Host umfassend und freundlich erfüllt. Das Frühstück war toll. Abendessen war etwas schwieriger, nachdem die Stadt etwas entfernt ist.

Pros:

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern (4und7Jahre) einen tollen Aufenthalt in Anveela! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und auch sonst war sie Anlage sehr gepflegt. Der Hotelbesitzer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Super schoon, heel vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk zwembad! De bedden waren heerlijk, de douche was goed en het is ook nog eens op loopafstand van het strand.

A nice quite stay near the beach with pool
Pros:

Lovely quiet place near the beach. The room was very spacious and it all looked very clean. The pool was great, I used it the full afternoon. The breakfast was Sri Lankan with Eggs and fruit. I stayed 1 day and I can recommendthis location when you have transportation and like a quiet surrounding.

Fantastic, relaxing and within walking distance to the beach... :)
Pros:

Milan the owner is a friendly guy, and his staff are very helpful, for example bag carrying, general advice and laying out the sunbeds at the beach. The breakfast is generous, freshly made and very very yummy! You can Whatsapp him and ask questions anytime, which is useful.

Cons:

A table on the balcony and and an extra table in the very large room would be useful...

Quiet family paradise
Pros:

We had planned to spend 4 days in Mirissa around New Year’s Eve. Unfortunately we found ourselves in a hotel that really didn’t meet our expectations so I frantically searched online for an alternative. Being NYE not very much was available but luckily we found Anveela. Not in the area we originally planned but sooooo much better. This property is perfect for any person, couple or family who look for peaceful accommodation with excellent service. You are surrounded by a very well maintained garden but also the whole area is very green so you will see as many exotic birds flying overhead as you did in Yala national park. We had the family suite and it was so big that I honestly kept getting lost between the rooms. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk down a side street and there you will find wide beaches lined with restaurants. The waves are not too powerful and everything is perfect for families. Finally the staff. Everyone was wonderful, helpful and friendly. I couldn’t wait for breakfast each morning, enjoying delicious food whilst starring out at the garden. When we return to Sri Lanka we will stay for at least a week.

Rooms are spacious and the host was accommodative

Cons:

Rooms don't have TVs and internet connection was crappy. One of the 2 bedrooms in the apartment do not have ac. There are no proper blankets provided - the excuse from the owner was hot & humid weather. The food provided was modest, however, the charges (10 USD per person) was exorbitant. No prior information on the applicable charges for using the laundry facilities.
Only 3 staff (including the owner) catering to the requirements of the inhabitants, and lack of lift/elevator made life difficult.

Pros:

The super friendly host took the time to welcome us, give us tips for dinner, arranged a tuktuk and told us about the culture and way of Sri Lankan living.
The apartment was spacious, very clean and near the beach. The pool and garden were very well maintained.

Exceptional
Pros:

Great stay at Anveela. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all our needs including helping with recommendations, tuk tuks and overall information.

The breakfast was great and very filling which resulted in not needing to eat lunch on a few of the days. If you enjoy Sri Lankan food then you'll love the breakfast. There is of course bread, spreads and omelette if wanted. Rooms were spacious and we had an air-conditioned room which was nice when it was hot although the rooms stayed relatively cool.

The pool is very nice for a swim at any time of the day. The whole property is extremely clean which including pool area and breakfast which was free from sand and dirt.

I do recommend and thanks to the staff for a great stay.
