Персоналът беше изключително приветлив и усмихнат, а храната в ресторанта – много вкусна.

Cons:

Стаята не отговаря на снимките, представени онлайн. Обзавеждането и състоянието ѝ са остарели и напомнят за минало време. Банята е малка, с неработещ вентилатор и сешоар. Като цяло, съотношението цена–качество е силно незадоволително.

Disappointing
Cons:

They barely speak English at the hotel, it is very hard to comunicate with them.
I talked with a receptionist on the phone, he closed the call while I was still talking and he did not pass the informations forward to his colleagues.
They did not want to let us do the check in based on our National ID cards( we are crossing borders with it, we are UE members), they asked for passports or no check in (because of some car problems, we arrived at 00:30 - I called earlier to tell them this and if it's ok). Also they made copies of our passports without telling us why or if we agree to let them do that. No GDPR papers were signed. The info that you need passports to do the check in is no where to be found.
Luckily we had the passports with us, but I wonder if not, what would had happen considering the situation - sleep in the car probably.
Not booking again.
