Such a nice hotel and incredible value for money! The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool is really big and has many lounge chairs to relax on. The staff were so kind and willing to help us with anything. 10/10 recommend!

We loved everything there! Our bungalow looked amazing and so well designed. Everything was as described on the booking.com. It was clean and cosy. A very friendly owners who made our stay special. We got fruits, coffee and souvenirs. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who does like to relax away from loud and noisy places. It is so quiet there! Just amazing! If we come back to Phu Quoc, we will make sure to stay at Bamboo Phu Quoc again! Thank you for your hospitality and looking after us entire stay.

The atmosphere is cozy, and the bamboo hotel concept is interesting and well implemented.
The toilet has no door, and everything can be heard. The location is very remote — you’ll need a motorbike to travel 15 minutes to shops and restaurants in Phu Quoc town.
The owners wrongly accused me of not paying and immediately threatened to call the police without properly looking into the situation. Later, they apologized, but the experience was very unpleasant, especially during the New Year holidays. So, make sure your payment is properly recorded to avoid similar issues.
The staff was really helpful and extremely nice. The outside furniture around the pool shows the owners did their best.
The room had the hardest bed I have ever slept on. I literally hit myself when I throw myself on the bed when I arrived. And there is no door to the bathroom. The location is far from the best you could get in the area.

The host was super kind. He got us some Vietnamese food or gifts everyday without us asking. The pool is nice but smal and the resort is very nice. You need to drive to the beach which would take 35min to walk to. But they also can help you rent a scooter.

Building is really nice
Lovely quiet place. It was low season, so very quiet, did not see any other guests. Great pool. Spacious room and spacious bathroom, friendly staff/owners. They respected my privacy and were so kind to share their lunch with me. We communicated with google translate. Room has a hot water kettle and a fridge. Upon arrival there were free water bottles. Snacks and other drinks for a small fee.
If you have some kind of transportation it's perfect but for me the location was not great, i like to be able to walk to shops and restaurants. There seemed to be one nice cafe in walking distance, but that was closed, maybe due to low season. Room lacked daylght. I can imagine this is so that the sun stays out but after a couple of days i noticed and started missing it.
