Pros:

pool was very good and the shuttle service to the beach was a very good option, staff was friendly

Cons:

breakfast buffet was not very inclusive for people who cannot eat pork and was not child friendly at all. the room could be cleaner.

We had a great time in the property and surrounding like vinwonder.
Pros:

I love how the property has the bus from the airports and surrounding areas. It’s has the Disneyland resort feeling. My family loves the pool.

Cons:

The price and be a little bit higher and also too many tourists groups. It’s makes the lobby so crowded.

Pros:

Breakfast spread was huge. Staff managed the heavy crowd very well. only request is to add 2-3 Vegan options.

Cons:

Upon arrival at 1 PM we requested for early check-in. the staff told all 5 rooms were not ready. so meanwhile we had lunch and come. even at 2PM none of the rooms were ready. after several request at reception to give us atleast 1 room, they always told us to wait as rooms were not ready. we finally had to speak to the manager at 2:40 who immediately gave us all 5 rooms at 2:45 PM just 15 minutes before actual check-in time. this clearly shows that all rooms were ready, but they didnt give us untill we shouted at them. we could see families coming in at 2PM and getting rooms before us.
