With the announcement from the Kien Giang Tourism Department, all passengers arriving in Phu Quoc need to have a negative COVID-19 test result within 24 hours. Therefore, please conduct the test and show the test results when you check in at Vinpearl.

Pros:

Decent for a 4 star hotel. Location is within walking distance to the "river" town.
During our stay, we can take the VinBus free of charge. But you need to download the ticket (QR code) to your mobile phone first.
We bought VinWonders and Safari combo ticket (with discount) at the front desk.

Cons:

Very slow in checking-in. Staff are not that helpful. Some staff cannot speak English just say 'yes, yes', almost caused me to miss my bus.
The worst experience is during breakfast. It is like a war zone. Very stressful. The second day, we sit outside (instead of in the hall) for breakfast overlooking the swimming pool. Quieter.

We had a lovely time, but this venue could be so much more.
Pros:

The pool temperature and size was fantastic. Close proximity to Grand World and Theme Park etc.
Breakfast had a wide variety to cater for all. Room service meals were pretty good and efficient.

Cons:

Pool closed far too early at 7:30pm. Should be at least 9 or 10pm. Pool towels cannot be used at theme park or beach, these need to be hired and paid for at the venue! Surely we could use the towels under our room number and return. ?? Quite a few hidden extra $ for things that should be part of the hotel cost. Even pool toys $
Rooms were very very small, only 1 bedside table in king room and beds were 2 singles put together which you felt the bump in the middle! The worse part was they use two single sheets to put on the bed which was awful, we could feel the joins of both single sheets, completely uncomfortable! We also had 1 single sized doona (blanket cover) for the ‘king’ bed which did not cover our body at all, so had to call housekeeping who came 30 min later to change. For the price we’re paying you’d think there would be appropriate size sheets and covers for the beds. Also only 2 pillows, every hotel I’ve stayed in there are always 4 pillows on a Queen/king bed and two on a single.
There is also not enough PowerPoints in the room (only 1 by the kettle) and no chairs or furniture for the balcony.
We also had to call a few times for toilet paper and water replacement which was not replaced during morning clean. You get 2 bottles per room per day, which is fair but it was uncomfortable having to call and say, our rubbish is not emptied, nor is there toilet paper or water.

The other thing this Hôtel would benefit from, is providing a map of the complex and surrounding areas to visit in grand world. We used the TV guide but it just shows the restaurants and venues. We had no clue where to go and what’s around. Poor marketing. There is so much potential in this place, but we felt like after check in your just given a key and off you go, no direction of what / where facilities are at all.

Good stay.
Pros:

Good location. Very good bed !

Cons:

Bath-room does not have razor blade and conditioner.
Asked to clean but found the drainage hole in bathroom was not cleaned up.

Pros:

The property was close to many attractions. The receptionists were extremely helpful. There were formal and well informed. They gave useful suggestions. They were able to communicate very fluently in English. Housekeeping did a good job. My room was always clean after they left. I liked how they gave us 10% off on safari and Vin wonders.

Cons:

My room was quite small compared to other hotels in Phu Quoc. The free bus service is not convenient at all. Bus runs every 20-30 mins. Whether it’s bus to the attractions or to the airport, guests are packed in it like sardines in a can. At least the hotel can increase the bus service during peak times. After the first bus ride experience, I preferred using tuk tuk or grab taxi.

Pros:

The staff and the property the pool size the nearby locations everything was perfect.. If you are planning PHU QUOC then this is best hotel with best night view... I would have stayed longer there..

Pros:

飯店位於富國島北部，提供免費的機場接駁。步行可到富國大世界，距離珍珠樂園、野生動物園約5~10分鐘車程。飯店有泳池、健身房，並提供早餐，飯店服務人員親切有禮。早餐雖然樣式不算很多，但以房價而言，已算豐富!
