Good hotel but needs a few improvements
Pros:

Location is convenient, very kind staff, always helpful and happy to help, very clean and well maintained place, a cake to say welcome is very good idea

Cons:

The room was very basic, not enough furniture to put shoes or clothes, very small table, no furniture at the balcony so it was impossible to sit and enjoy the sunset

Pros:

トイレとバスタブが別々でドアがあり中のシャワーで身体を洗って横のバスタブに浸かれるのが日本人には使いやすかった。
全身の鏡があるのが良かった。

Cons:

4星ホテルなのにバスローブ、ボックスティッシュ？メモ用紙ペンがない。
朝食会場は食器を片付ける音や喋り声がうるさい。子供が会場で追っかけっこしても注意しないなどホテルライフを楽しみたい人には向かない。
朝食の種類が少なすぎる。
3星のホテルだと感じました。

В целом отдых оставил приятные впечатления, и отель можно смело рекомендовать.
Pros:

Мы останавливались в VinHolidays Fiesta Phu Quoc в январе, и в целом нам очень понравился этот отель. Отель большой, просторный и светлый, с современным интерьером в холле. С первых минут чувствуешь приятную атмосферу. Персонал - начиная со швейцара на входе и сотрудников ресепшн - очень приветливый и доброжелательный.
Расположение удобное - рядом находится Grand World Phu Quoc, что делает прогулки и вечерний досуг особенно приятными.
Несмотря на то, что отель был полностью заселен, ощущения многолюдности не возникало. Это особенно удивило.
Единственное место, где это было заметно - завтрак. Ресторан утром выглядел немного тесноватым, а персонал не всегда успевал оперативно убирать столы.
Отдельно хочется отметить прекрасный бассейн. На территории внутреннего двора есть удобная раздевалка с душем - это действительно продуманно и комфортно.

Cons:

Из минусов - отсутствие в номерах вешалок или специальных мест для сушки купальников и пляжной одежды. Балконы есть, но повсюду размещены знаки, запрещающие сушить вещи. После моря и бассейна купальники мокрые, их нужно ополоснуть и где-то сушить, а подходящего места нет. Для морского курорта это важная деталь. Например, в отелях Анталии предусмотрены специальные вешалки или сушилки в углу балкона. Было бы здорово, если бы отель продумал этот момент - все-таки гости приезжают сюда ради моря и пляжа Фукуока.

Very bad because of rude and maybe racist staff
Cons:

Very rude staff and very bad policy. They charge for almost everything. Hardly any veg options. Very poor experience. Location and proximity to grandworld was only positive.
