Pros:

Персонал, розташування, чистота, сервіс. Все круто! Ресторан, сніданки - просто клас.

Cons:

Одна розетка на кімнату, не враховуючи тієї, що під холодильником. Відсутні умови для сушіння рушника, наприклад.

Я б предложив в номерах готелю перекрасити в коричневий колір і вскрити це все лаком .

Ввічливий адміністратор і всі працівники .

Не знаю можливо це і не від офіціантів залежить але подачя замовлень що на сніданок що при замовленні дуже довго .В цілому все дуже добре .Кухня смачна .Всім раджу

В цілому не можу рекомендувати даний готель!
Cons:

Бронював стандартний двомісний номер в основному цегляному корпусі (спеціально хотів цей номер, бо знав, що в новому деревяному корпусі дуже погана звукоізоляція і умови загалом. Обирав по фото. При заселенні на рецепції сказав, що бронював через букінг. На що адміністратор здивувалася. По факту в даний номер заселили когось іншого. Мені ж був запропонований номер в дерев'яному корпусі з усіма його недоліками. Стосовно номера. Постіль, рушники явно не першої свіжості або як мінімум перуться без миючих засобів. Подушки жахливі. Ванна/туалет. Присутній постійний запах, чути як сусіди зверху змивають унітаз. Душова кабіна з поламаними дверима, сантехніка розхитана, деякі елементи інтер'єру прикріплені скотчем. Звукоізоляція. Чути як сусіди в сусідньому номері шелестять поліетиленовими пакетами. Тобто звукоізоляція як така відсутня.

Cons:

Непрацюючий унітаз після сильного дощу, плохо закриваються двері у ванну. Меблі старі, практично нема розеток в кімнаті.
Цінник дуже завищений.

Mediocre hotel
Pros:

The location is great, not far from the waterfall and the market and the cool views. There are cool chairs near the entrance, parking, playground for children. The room was tiny, but has a lot of storage space and a table. The bed was nice. Everything was quite clean. The restaurant was ok.

Cons:

Wi-Fi hardly reached our room, was ok in the restaurant. The room was too small and the interior design was too basic, it wasn't cozy for me. When packing for the checkout, I found a dead mouse in a trap under our bed, luckily the child didn't see it. You can find a way better value for the same price or slightly more expensive.
