good for a night
Pros:

price point
location for an activity I was attending
simple room w frig
efficient check in
small parking lot off the road
bed support was fine

Cons:

Dodgy area- when I returned after 10pm a man was sleeping on the sidewalk of the hotel :(
I did however walk around in the evening in the neighborhood w no trouble
A bit noisy but this quieted down fast
Wish the parking lot was closed off from the street- a LOT of foot traffic going thru surprisingly
scant hair in bathtub but the rest of the room was clean and relatively bare
Not a lot of dining options in walking distance unless you like below average Thai food or donuts or a classic dive bar

Pros:

Perfect location, Room was clean, smash burger was just on the other side of parking lot. If I have to go back I'll definitely stay again.

Cons:

I always pulled out of parking lot going the wrong way. That seemed to be google maps messing with me...lol

Very pleasant, comfortable, with very nice, accommodating office staff.
Pros:

I stay here when I come to Portland. The staff is ALWAYS very welcoming and accessible. THe location is great for walking places I want to go to and there is an easy walk to the bus, if I need it. My room is always clean and the bed is quite comfortable.

Cons:

The faucet in my bathroom this time is set back, so that water goes onto the counter, and not completely into the sink, as it should.

Great for a short stay in portland
Pros:

Room was very clean and staff helpful.

Cons:

A bit far out from central Portland but free parking and overall good value very much offsets this.
