We"ll be returning to stay again
Pros:

Quick and easy check in , best price I found when looking for a room . It'option to pay at motel works great for me not to mention not deposit . These are just a few of the things that mAde my stay great not to mentioned I was able to wash And drY my laundry Right here on site.

Disconcerting looks and location.

The value was great and the front desk was nice.

Cons:

Sketchy part of town, sketchy guests, questionable sanitation as there was a used condom in the toilet and concerning stains all over. the sink handle wasn’t fully attached, toilet seat broken, questionable shower, holes in walls, and overall disconcerting to say the least.

Ended up leaving in the middle of the night cuz found a cockroach eww

That it was so close to the bar. Other than that is a piece of shit.

Cons:

Well for starters it's the faucet in the bathroom was non-existent for the bathtub and when I said something to the manager he said that bats weren't allowed at this motel which I have find really odd and then cockroaches disgusting

Loss of blood

Bed bugs probably to the court for me and killed five or six men that I caught .🤮 management was greasy af try to squeeze money out of you for other stuff like early check in

It was horrible. Don’t stay here.
Pros:

The staff in office was rude and not understanding at all about how uncomfortable the room was. I was there for only an hour before leaving and couldn’t get a refund.

The room was extremely dirty. The bathroom sink didn’t work at all. It was so uncomfortable to stay here I had to leave after only an hour

Not for the 10 or $15 you'll save
Pros:

. The gentleman that checked me in was pleasant and friendly. I had requested an early check-in when I made my reservation and when I arrived I waited about 10 minutes for the room to be ready. Unfortunately, it seems they chose to forego cleaning the room and had me check into a dirty room.

Cons:

Dirty, stained sheets on the bed, bugs on and around bathroom sink.The entire motel is rundown and dirty. The reason I made a reservation stay here is on booking.com the pictures of the rooms looked very clean. It was the cheapest motel in Portland for $50 a night, had I known it was very dirty and poorly maintained I would have paid $10 more and stayed at another motel. There were multiple options for $60

They stole 53$ from me I filed a police report. There where rats coming from the walls everything was filthy it looked worse than a jail cell.

I have seen shadier places only on movies! Luckily there was apparently a problem with my credit card and the owners gave the room to someone else. It looked like the hotel was full of homeless people, there were cars with no windows parked there, full of stuff in garbage bags. It was awful! The lady at the office (you talk through small window, she is locked inside) told me to go a few blocks away in a nice and safe place (and it was indeed, but way pricier). You shouldn’t have this motel on your platform!!!!

Absolutely nothing!!! It was extremely dirty

Cons:

Everything was horrible!!! There was finger print powder from the police on the bathroom wall. There was blood on the walls, sheets and blankets. When I asked for clean sheets and blankets the staff told me to calm down and it's not a big deal. I work in the medical field. It's a huge deal. I know what I can catch from other people's blood. Plus they should have at least cleaned up the finger print powder.
