Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and supportive — they treated me like family and were always ready to help with anything I needed, even bringing assistance directly to my room when necessary. Even the owner was personally involved and just as helpful, which made the experience feel even more special.

I also felt that I received much more than I expected for the price I paid. The value for money was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with genuinely caring staff in a great location.

Das Personal beim Check-In war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt irgendwie verlassen. Es riecht stark nach billigem Reinigungsmittel, könnte aber etwas sauberer sein (fremde Badelatschen und fremde Haare im Bad. Brandlöcher und Flecken auf Bettbezügen). Alles sehr alt und heruntergekommen. Obwohl es sehr leer schien, war es nachts zwischendurch sehr laut (hellhörig). Das Auto wurde vom Personal auf einem Parkplatz um die Ecke geparkt, der Schlüssel blieb jedoch für jeden zugänglich hinter der Rezeption liegen. Check-out ab 07:30, um 08:20 war jedoch niemand anzutreffen. Habe dann meinen Schlüssel genommen, das Auto gesucht und bin gefahren. Zum Spa/Pool kann ich nichts sagen, aber es sah nicht einladend aus. Laut Beschreibung soll es Zimmer mit Dusche oder Whirlpool-Badewanne geben, in echt gibt es eine Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang.

Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen

Günstig und dass es zum Glück nur für eine Nacht war. Personal Rezeption freundlich

Cons:

Erst falsches Zimmer zugewiesen, hatte mit Balkon gebucht. Dann wurde Zimmer gewechselt. Balkon war höchstens zum schnell Rauchen benutzbar da sehr klein und das Aussengerät der Klima den winzigen Balkon in einen Kühlschrank verwandelt hatte. Durchgelegenes unbequemes Bett, sehr schlecht geschlafen. Obwohl auf booking.com so angegeben wurde mir beim Check-in schon gesagt, dass kein Frühstück zubuchbar wäre, da Küche nicht bedient. Für den Pool sollte man dann nochmal 5,- zusätzlich zahlen, habe ich dann drauf verzichtet. Weder Seife noch Shampoo auf dem Zimmer. Die anderen Zimmer auf der Etage machten einen besseren Eindruck (nicht belegt, Türen standen offen). Im Badezimmer war der Boden nass

Un accueil royal de la part de la réceptionniste ; d'une gentillesse incroyable , nous avons eu l'impression que nous visitions de la famille , encore merci pour votre accueil ❤️.

Hotel moderne ; avec un spa et un sauna , situé en plein centre à côté de toutes les activités et visites à effectuer .
