Pros:

Excellent stay! The rooms were spotless, the staff was welcoming, and the spa facilities were outstanding and truly relaxing. We enjoyed every moment and would happily return again.

my second time staying at this homely hotel, the staff was even more welcoming than I remembered and the service was terrific! They are ready to help whenever needed and the rooms have a wonderful design, clean and comfortable. My go to hotel whenever I come to Prishtina 👍

Nightmare...
Cons:

Even there was no soap in bathroom. I saw spa tub available in room description and its still writing now but it was not in my bathroom. I asked them and they didnt help me about that.
Room was very cold abd also air conditioner and radiator was close. There was no controller for air conditioner. I was trimbling in the room for 2 nights. Its not acceptable. Its really crime.
Also a school group came to the hotel at my first night and it was not possible to sleep. Students were running, jumping and shouting everywhere.
It was really terrible. I just used the room to sleep and take a shower 5-6 hours daily.
Price was 30 euros per night.

Bienveillance et confort
Pros:

L’accueil était super, la personne était aux petits soins, elle s’est assurée que tout allait bien, m’a donné de bons conseils pour mon séjour. Lit bien confortable, j’ai super bien dormi.
