Se verranno installati sensori antifumo, saremo lieti di tornare!
Pros:

Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Tuttavia, la colazione non risulta adeguata per chi ha intolleranze alimentari: è disponibile solo il latte di soia, ma mancano cereali e prodotti integrali.
La location è molto bella ed elegante.

Cons:

È necessario eliminare l’abitudine di fumare all’interno delle camere, eventualmente installando appositi sensori antifumo. Per chi non fuma o viaggia con bambini, soggiornare risulta infatti molto difficile. Attualmente tutte le camere sembrano destinate ai fumatori, e ciò limita il comfort e la qualità dell’alloggio.
La proprietaria si è impegnata per assegnarci un’altra stanza esterna, al fine di ovviare al problema dell’odore di fumo. La camera era pulitissima, tuttavia l’odore di fumo risultava comunque percepibile.

Soggiorno piacevole oltre le aspettative
Pros:

Colazione italiana con prodotti di ottima qualità servita da personale cortesissimo ed attento. Una lode anche alla pulizia degli ambienti e della biancheria. Personale davvero gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Mancanza cuffia doccia e ciabatte bagno.

Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

1. The rooms are not sound proof and we had two loud lovers as neighbors.
2. Extremely expensive for a motel. That is not a family place nor a hotel (it has too many stars. I would give them 1)
3. There is no proper food. Only chips and alcohol. No real food (maybe pizza, if you are lucky)
4. The manager didn't care at all about our complaints.
5. It is very far from Naples. It is a motel where truck drivers can pass the night, but not for a family vacations.
6. Don't let them fool you with the pictures... the place is not so nice.

Pros:

Enough and safe parking. Restaurants around the hotel accessible by car.

Cons:

The breakfast was only one pcs. of croissant-cornetto and a coffee. The Personal did not like to ask for a second coffee or croissant. The breakfast room and lounge was cold and windy. There was no hot water in the shower on the first night. The floor was really dirty under the bed. Supposedly, the cleaning stuff was working and preparing loudly at night.

Pros:

The owner was very pleasant and helpful. The room was modern and the air conditioning was great.

Cons:

Breakfast was quite poor but sufficient.
The location wasn't good, it was a kind of "oasis of calm in the middle of madness"
