Deberían explicar que la habitación no tiene ventilación natural, es decir, no tiene ventana.
Se escucha como suben gradas, bajan gradas, caminan, conversan, tubería etc.
Las camas son super incómodas.

Quarto com acesso na recepção do hotel, sem armário e suporte para malas, banheiro sem fechamento no box, somente uma cortina de plástico que deixa água molhar a área externa, chuveiro precisando de manutenção, saboneteira em local inadequado.(água do chuveiro inunda a saboneteira), falta suporte para shampoo no box.

Well located modern hotel with great rooms and a tasty breakfast

Modern centrally located hotel with very comfortable rooms and huge comfy beds. Excellent breakfast. 15 minute walk to the main square

Cons:

Three days before arrival, I received a request from the hotel via Booking.com to make a bank transfer for the full one night's stay to secure the reservation. This was at odds with the confirmation I received from Booking.com, which intimated the booking was already confirmed and I could pay on arrival via Visa. When I got in touch to complain, the requirement was waived but I found it annoying and disruptive.

Like many cities in Ecuador, Riobamba isnt particularly safe at night, so we found a local restaurant and walked quickly
