Pros:

Aardig personeel, fijn binnenkomst. Fijn dat je via een andere deur ook na sluitingstijd weer naar de hotelkamer kan gaan.

Cons:

De pinautomaat deed het niet, dus moesten andere oplossing vinden, maar was een tijdelijk probleem. Personeel gaat er fijn mee om.

Kleinschalig hotel boven een voortreffelijk Italiaans restaurant. Zeer plezierig, attent en persoonlijke eigenaars/personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt. Fijne rustige hotel, naast een park, binnen de stad Roermond.

Enige aandachtspuntje zou de schoonmaak zijn.

Clean, tidy, landlord and staff very efficient and friendly, second time I’ve stayed here and will definitely be staying again, great selection at the bar, atmosphere is nice and situated within walking distance to the main town

Fijn kleinschalig en sfeervol hotel, mooi gerenoveerd, ruime kamer, goed ontbijt met heel vriendelijke bediening. Restaurant én café erbij.

Cons:

Van de cafegasten hadden we een klein beetje last maar dat viel wel mee. Tussen de kamers en de gang is het wel aardig gehorig. Wij deden gewoon oordoppen in en dan is het prima.

Het viel tegen

De locatie

Cons:

De verlichting van de kamer was niet vanuit de woonkamer (op een entrepot) te bedienen. Het beddengoed was niet schoon en er zaten remsporen in de wc. Toen ik onder de douche stond viel de stroom uit en was er alleen nog koud water.
