The day after booking the hotel advised they have live music so “will be some noise disturbance” - I responded asking if could cancel as the reason for travel was a sporting competition that required rest. Sadly even though I sent several emails regarding this I had no response and needed to make alternative arrangements in light of needing rest before competition. I would strongly suggest that the “noise disturbance” be stated on the website so others don’t loose out as I did!

on arrival never shown to the room
just the usa style up the stairs is your room
no power by the beds so had to re arrange the room to be able to use a sleep device
karaoke until 2 in the morning

Staff were very accommodating, they should get a pay rises for there effort of making guests feel very comfortable. Nothing was a problem xx

Was an overall good stay in a very classic building in a great location

Cons:

The hotel does not serve breakfast even though it was advertised costing $12. "Shared toilet" means "shared shower and toilet" as both toilet and shower are in the same lockable room. Parking is located around the hotel which is not secure but available to the public.

The location was excellent

Cons:

The room appeared clean when I walked into it. BUT the dust on the furniture was so thick that I could wioe it off with my fingers. There was mould around the window frame and the room smelt bad.
