Ideal stopover hotel in Sancerre
Pros:

Basic hotel in nice location, with lovely views over the valley. Plenty of parking on the street outside and 5 min walk from the centre of the village.

Cons:

Rooms were clean but in need of refurbishment, breakfast was good but an extra cost

Im Zimmer total verdreckter Teppichboden
Die Toilette war absolut katastrophal. Das Fenster konnten wir nicht öffnen, da wir mit den Geräuschen der Lüfter die direkt auf dem Innenhof waren nicht schlafen konnten.
Bisher konnte ich mir als guter Booking Kunde nicht vorstellen dass so etwas angeboten wird. Wir verlangen eine Erstattung für Zimmer 117
Zimmer 106 war ok.

Tout le charme de l'ancien.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel en centre-ville dominant le vignoble sancerrois, la qualité de l'accueil et l'équipement (ascenseur), la propreté et la qualité de la literie font de cet établissement, délicieusement "old fashioned" un endroit hautement recommandable.
Le restaurant, au bon rapport qualité/prix, présente l'avantage d'une vaste amplitude horaire de service.
Le petit-déjeuner propose un buffet particulièrement généreux et de qualité.

Cons:

Très peu de choses...une douche remplacerait avantageusement la baignoire.

Veel herrie van de straatkant, op de begane grond zit een bar / dancing, veel geluid en rumoer op de 1e etage. Wellicht door de week rustiger.

Friendly hotel in the centre of Sancerre
Pros:

A comfortable family run hotel in the centre of Sancerre. Staff were very pleasant and there were lots of options for drinks and meals. The room was spacious and had a lovely view over the valley. The check in time of 12:00 was excellent for us - when you are on bicycles and you arrive hot and tired (especially after the big climb into Sancerre) it is nice to be able to check in straight away. We were also able to securely park our bicycles.

Cons:

The bathroom was a dated with a hand held shower but it didn't really bother us.
