Magnifique situé et jolie terrasse avec vue sur le port, personnel au petit déjeuner et à l’accueil aimable et sympathique. Très propre. La personne responsable du petit déjeuner était d’une gaité et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Un rayon de soleil pour la journée
J’ai réservé par booking avec recherche: chien accepté mais ça n’était pas le cas. Du coup, les propriétaires de l’hôtel ont pensé qu’on leur avait forcé la main et ça n’était pas le cas. Ils étaient très agréables sauf la personne qui nous a écrit les mails.
J' ai pu modifier mes dates de réservation sans problème
Il n' y avait pas de pain pour le petit déjeuner et il fallait réclamer le petit déjeuner complet

Struttura a due passi dall'imbarco. In struttura è presente anche la biglietteria. Cosa dire, niente, è stato tutto perfetto, al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. La gentilezza della signora della reception ma anche dei ragazzi della biglietteria, i proprietari del bar, ristorante, pizzeria. Noi siamo stati molto contenti. La stanza era pulita, il bagno comodo, presente tutto il necessario. Una vista fantastica. Ed il profumo del burro che proviene dal bar sotto è un qualcosa di meraviglioso. Abbiamo fatto colazione con granita e brioche entrambe perfette tant'è che a metà mattina dopo essere saliti sul vulcano siamo tornati per fare il bis. Anche la pizza molto molto buona, nostro figlio di 3 anni ha apprezzato.

Tutto meraviglioso, Mirella ci ha fatto avere la camera con la terrazza anche se avevo scelto una stanza più economica, è la terza volta che soggiorniamo al Faraglione.

Si può pranzare e cenare, menù assortito: dalle molte pizze ai primi piatti ai secondi e contorni.

Personale simpatico e bravissimi
Mirella come sempre simpatica e gentilissima, il giorno della partenza ci ha lasciato la camera fino alle 12.30 così abbiamo potuto andare il mare e poi farci la doccia: meglio di così.
Torneremo di certo, Vulcano è bellissimo

Le personnel du bar en bas le matin pour le petit déjeuner n’était pas très serviable pour nous aider avec notre italien approximatif à demander ce qu’on voulait commander
This was very convenient, right at the port. We had a lovely welcome. Breakfast is at the cafe downstairs. I had a great sleep. I would stay again.

Atteggiamento dello staff, in particolare del personale delle pulizie. La ragazza responsabile della stanza si è permessa di rivolgermi parolacce nella sua lingua madre, non sapendo che la capissi perfettamente. Un comportamento del genere è gravissimo, irrispettoso e del tutto privo di professionalità. Non mi è mai capitata una mancanza di rispetto simile in un hotel.
