Schöner Aufenthalt, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt .
Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Restaurant, beides wird von neuen Gastgebern betrieben.
Eine interessante Speisekarte mit südafrikanischen Einfluss.

Cons:

Wir haben nichts gefunden 🤔.

Für einen Kurztrip kann man dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Pros:

Frühstück ist OK, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet und groß, Betten sehr bequem, Bad prima und sauber. Sehr nettes Familienunternehmen, Restaurant incl. Weine lecker. Schöner Bier-/Weingarten.

Cons:

Zimmer zur Straße ist im morgendlichen Berufsverkehr zu laut.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich 😀😃 Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut.

Cons:

Am 3ten Tag unseres Urlaubs gab es morgens leider keine Brötchen. In der Sauna gab es nicht genügend Handtücher und die Matratzen sollten erneuert werden.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, tolle Zimmer. Alles neu renoviert. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Lage sehr gut erreichbar, trotzdem ziemlich ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich um die Ecke, tolles, großes Zimmer, mit allem, was man braucht. Parkplätze vorm Haus. Frühsück noch recht einfach, aber wir waren nur 3 Gäste, die ersten Gäste nach Neueröffnung, daher denke ich, wenn der Betrieb erst richtig angelaufen ist, wird auch das Frühstücksbüffet reichhaltiger.

Cons:

Eigentlich habe ich nichts zu meckern. Ich hätte mir Hafermilch zur Auswahl, nicht nur richtige Milch gewünscht. Das Frühstücksbüffet war jetzt nicht so überwältigend umfangreich, ich denke aber, das wird noch besser werden. Die neuen Eigentümer haben gerade erst eröffnet, das Restaurant öffnet erst im April. Ich und 3 andere Gäste waren die einzigen beim Frühstück.

Die Buchung dieses Hotels war eine teure Enttäuschung.
Pros:

Das Frühstück entsprach in keiner Weise einem 4*-Hotel

Cons:

Lage am Ortsrand. Der Ortskern wirkte wie ausgestorben. Keine Gastronomie, keine Geschäfte, Fassaden grau und vernachlässigt. Der Zugang zum Hotel war nur über einen Schlüsseltresor möglich. Personal war nicht im Haus. Vinothek und Restaurant wirkten wie verlassen. Wie wir am nächsten Morgen erfahren haben, sind Vinothek und Restaurant seit Ende September nicht mehr bewirtschaftet. Dienstag, an unserem Ankunftstag gab es in ganz Flonheim keine geöffnete Gaststätte.

Pros:

Die junge Frau, die am Sonntag sowohl das gute Frühstücksbuffet alleine für die Gäste gerichtet hatte , gleichzeitig für die Rezeption und wohl auch für die Zimmerreinigung zuständig war ( Personalmangel?), war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel und auch unser Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich und heimelig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Pros:

Een mooie kamer in een goed hotel met prima ontbijt. Avondeten (uiteraard met de juiste wijn van hen zelf erbij) was ook erg aangenaam. Parkeren op eigen terrein.
