Pros:

The location is fantastic. You are in Old Town, across the bridge where everything is at.

I loved the room, very spacious, comfortable bed and shower is amazing. I enjoyed every single shower I had!

The staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful.

I picked this hotel as I got a good Black Friday deal. I would stay again if there was another offer.

Cons:

A few things, this did not impact my stay. I would stay here again -

1. It is not clear when you arrive, you expect to see a hotel entrance (this is an apartment building).

2. No staff on the premises after 8pm. I did not need anyone, it wouldhave been an inconveniencehaving to call a number.

3. No omplimentary water in the room.

4. Safety deposit bix is tiny (I ended up using my rucksack, locked it).

5. lift is very small, tight and I nicknamed a coffin.

Gorgeous interiors, wonderful city views, near everything, priced well for the suite we had.
Pros:

The room decor was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the building was easy to locate. Wonderful staff and great breakfast, too!

Ein geschichtsträchtiger Ort in einer der schönsten Gegenden von Florenz. Phantastische Lage und dennoch ruhig. Atmosphäre und Stimmung waren wundervoll.

Pros:

Perfecte locatie in een pand met een bijzondere geschiedenis. De luxueuze suite had alle mogelijke voorzieningen. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Beautiful suite, exceptionally comfortable, and a rich history, what’s not to love
Pros:

Beautiful, quiet, stylish, friendly staff. Loved the little touches, slippers, complementary water. Such a rich history to the palazzo. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

Very little I can fault, however if pushed to find something, I would say there was no view to the outside just some service pipes and very little natural daylight

Great room. Small gripes.
Pros:

Room is fantastic. Huge 20 foot ceilings, fashionable decor, lots of space. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I hated that I had to pay the city tax in cash, and we had to try a second time as they didn’t have enough change to let us pay on aero. Bed was a little hard. Only one key, which meant one person could not stay while the other left if you wanted the lights on. Minor gripes: Like many of these apartment based hotels there is not a dedicated front desk that is always staffed. There is a phone number you can call but that seems a little harder. Someone was at the desk during the day though.
