Pros:

L' hotel si trova in una posizione ottima, vicino al porto e all' inizio della via dove la sera c'è un sacco di movimenti. Spiaggia di fronte per lo più libera, le spiagge attrezzate sono a 10 minuti a piedi. Vicino all' hotel si trovano numerosi ristoranti, supermercati e locali dove bere o ballare. Ottima la pulizia della stanza, sempre profumata. La colazione buona per lo più salata.

Pros:

Everything was great! The location is a perfect 10/10, right on the first line of Sarandë’s promenade and directly by the sea. The view from the hotel is beautiful and calming.
Breakfast was generous, fresh and had plenty of options. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed.

Highly recommended!

Comfy and tidy
Pros:

The position is super central on Saranda's promenade which makes it comfortable for those who want to go for a walk in the evening.The rooms were being cleaned everyday with the towels being changed as well.The staff was very polite and the breakfast was vary from sweet to salty foods.

Cons:

The fact that the parking was far from the hotel and costed 10 euro per day.Also,wifi connection was super bad as if there wasn't any connection at all.I had to use my telephone's data which was very limited.

The location was the best. It is close to the main street and facing the beach. But is far from the bus station (good to know in case you come from Tirana, you might need to take taxi for 20€ or walk 2km.) The room was spacious and clean, the staff was always helpful and kind. The breakfast was perfect.

Cons:

The internet was not working at all and that is why we couldn't use the TV either, sincs we don't speak albanian there was no point of the TV being in the room, the staff tried to help us to fix it but wasn't successful. They didn't mention that the AC water flows into a bottle outside that you need to empty every day once or twice(the cleaning ladies empty it but you might need to do it again during the day). We didn't expect it and woke up in the middle of the night because the water literally started to flow from the AC in the room.

Très bruyant
Pros:

L'emplacement et la vue

Cons:

Énormément de bruit extérieur aucune isolation phonique ! On ne peut pas dormir avant 1h du matin
Et le matin à partir de 7h30 au 4 ème étage nous entendons les chaises du rooftop pour le petit déjeuner (un bruit strident)
Autant vous dire que nous avons très peu dormi
De plus les portes qui claquent a longeur de nuit et de journée car en face de notre chambre le propriétaire y habite et ne cesse de faire des vas et viens en claquant la porte, il n'est d'ailleurs pas du tout agréable heureusement que les employés (elles) sont très agréables.
la salle de bains qui fuit et qui est pleine de moisissure il serait temps de la changer.
