Perfect location with excellent service.
Pros:

The location was excellent with the beach within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable and had a glorious view. It didn’t have a kettle but the manager provided one with cups when asked. The manager was super friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent, the best I’ve had in Albania. I highly recommend staying here.

Pros:

When I arrived they didn't find my reservation, but Mel (the lady at the reception) said that was no problem and she even gave me an upgrade of the room for free !

Cons:

The fact that I had to redraw money (very expensive in Albania) because they only wanted cash !?!

Cons:

Wij hebben extra betaald voor kamers met zeezicht, een van de kamer werd twee uur later dan incheck tijd en had bijna geen zicht op zee, je kon aan de zijkant klein stukje van de zee zien. De douche was zeer krap je kon je niet draaien en al het water spetterde over de wc pot en de vloer

Pros:

The hotel was in a good location, walking distance to everything. Elevator to 6th floor was great and view from room was wonderful. Make sure you get a high floor room otherwise no view. Breakfast was great, lots of choices.Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom was small and shower leaked water everywhere. Plastic shower curtain didn't cut it.

Great location, great room, great breakfast and amazing staff!
Pros:

The facilities were fantastic and clean. Very convenient location!
The staff were attentive and very helpful especially Nora on reception who gave us advice on buses and how to get around easily. The breakfast had something for everyone, was fresh and constantly replenished with lovely pastries and fresh crepes being brought out. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel and us well positioned and value for money definitely would returntk this hotel
Pros:

Hotel was conveniently located to the beach and restaurant strips it was roomy bathroom was a good size but shower was small had a nice sea view room and bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was magnificent and good options

Cons:

The blond girl at the breakfast needs to start enjoying her job as looked miserable and showed she dies not enjoy what she dies maybe time to either change jobs or greet guests with a smile

Exciting , only that I didn’t get the room I paid for and not having that resolved pissed me off.
Pros:

The property location was great , very accessible and clean . The breakfast was a nice buffet as well.

Cons:

I booked a room with full sea view and I didn’t get any view . I complained to the staffs and got moved to a twin bed room, this was just only bigger than my previous room and still no sea view . The staffs promised to have it resolved and that their manager would call me . I heard nothing from them till I ended my stay there . They also confirmed that the room I was given isn’t what I paid for ( it’s a lesser room they gave me) .
I just feel they were over booked and failed to assign me with the right room. They never spoke about a refund as well which was devastating because that was like a downgrade to what I paid for .
