Pros:

The location was perfect. The breakfast was super complete. The room was just like the advertisement.

Good location and modernized facilities- but be careful.
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable clean. The breakfast was very good & had a very good selection. The hotel having a parking area is a very big advantage.

Cons:

We arrived quite late at night after our flight and were pretty tired. We were welcomed by the owners son. He offered us an upgrade. His idea of an upgrade? One room less modern than the one booked and the other one significantly smaller than the one we selected. Luckily, during payment we pointed that out and paid for the rooms we actually received. Make sure you compare the room offered to your booking.

A localização e o café da manhã

Cons:

O pagamento muito enrolado, o valor não estava batendo. Deveriam fazer a cobrança antecipada já que aceitam cartão. No final deu certo, mas tive que provar que estavam errados. O ar condicionado se desliga depois de algumas horas, então desligue e ligue novamente um pouco antes de dormir e será suficiente para ótimas horas de sono.

Boa localização e com estacionamento gratuito para os hóspedes (o que é muito difícil de encontrar na zona central de Sarandë).
Staff muito simpático e prestável, ajudou na confusão que houve no check-out por causa do pagamento do quarto (problema da Booking que não tem os detalhes de pagamento detalhados) e também resolveram um problema com o aquecimento de água do nosso quarto num domingo. Para além disso, deram-nos boas recomendações de restaurantes a visitar.
Bom pequeno almoço com vista para o mar.
Quarto moderno e confortável, com sofá no quarto, ar condicionado, televisão moderna e varanda (com pequeno estendal).
Elevador espaçoso.

Cons:

Não forneciam gel de banho, apenas champô.
Polivan podia ser trocado, é demasiado pequeno.
Isolamento do quarto podia ser melhor.

Χάλασαν όλες μοθ τις διακοπές . Πάω σήμερα κιόλας Κέρκυρα !

Μου ζήτησαν να δώσω μετρητά ενώ τους έδειξα την απόδειξη πληρωμής . Έχασα όλη μου την ημέρα για πάρω τα χρήματα που έδωσα μετρητά πίσω . Ήρθε ο υπεύθυνος σαν μαφιόζος Αλβανός και μου είπε θα σου δώσω 200ευρω αλλά μην γράψεις κάτι στα σχόλια, εννοείται ότι του είπα δεν είμαι ελληνίδα αλλά έχω αξιοπρέπεια σαν Έλληνας οπότε πάρε τα χρήματα σου πίσω και βρες τα με την booking.no μόνος σου ! Το πιστόλι του έλειπε μόνο .

Das große Bett war toll und das Frühstücksbuffet war fabelhaft. Großer Parkplatz und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Nachtleben in der Umgebung geht bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Das gilt es zu beachten, falls man seine Ruhe haben will. Das ist aber etwas was die Unterkunft nicht beeinflussen kann, dafür wohnt man zentrumsnah.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung. Die Lage direkt an der Promenade ist praktisch, allerdings war es dadurch jeden Abend und bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut. Wer einen ruhigen Schlaf sucht, sollte das bedenken.

Das Frühstück war okay, aber nichts Besonderes. Die Auswahl war ausreichend, hat uns jedoch nicht besonders überzeugt.

Insgesamt war das Hotel für unseren Aufenthalt in Ordnung, aber aufgrund der Lautstärke würden wir es wahrscheinlich nicht noch einmal buchen.
