Deutlich in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft mit mehreren funktionalen und hygienischen Mängeln.

Leider entsprach die Unterkunft nicht unseren Erwartungen. Das Hotel sowie die Ausstattung sind insgesamt stark veraltet.

Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer gebucht. In beiden Zimmern waren die Betten auseinander geschoben, sodass die Liegefläche eher der Größe eines Einzel- bzw. Jugendbettes entsprach. Beim Versuch, die Betten zusammenzustellen, klappte bei einem Bett ein Holzbrett um, das lediglich lose am Bettkasten anlag und nicht befestigt war.

Der Boden im Zimmer war nicht ausreichend gereinigt, was auch auf den beigefügten Bildern zu erkennen ist. Zudem verursachte der Heizkörper im Bad ein dauerhaftes, lautes Brummgeräusch, das nachts störend war, sodass wir ihn ausschalten mussten.

Während unseres Aufenthalts waren wir die einzigen Gäste im Hotel, entsprechend auch allein im Frühstücksraum. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Beim Auschecken nutzten wir den Aufzug. Beim Erreichen des Erdgeschosses setzte dieser spürbar auf, was einen unsicheren Eindruck hinterließ.

Hôtel propre, personnel correct, clim bienvenue, manque de restauration midi et soir surtout...
Pros:

Personnel agréable, chambres confortables et propres, petits déjeuners corrects, seul reproche est que cet hôtel ne dispose pas de restauration pour le midi est le soir, ceci est le gros point faible....

Cons:

Manque de restauration midi et soir, un repas unique pourrait suffire...

Für die schnelle Durchreise ok
Pros:

Liegt direkt an der A5, somit gut, wenn man nur schnell eine Nacht auf der Durchreise ist. Dame beim Frühstück war sehr nett.

Cons:

Kaffee beim Frühstück komplett ne Katastrophe. Sessel im Zimmer völlig abgenutzt und am wackeln, Sperrmülqualität.

Pros:

Zum Übernachten sehr gutes Hotel, bisschen Ausserhalb, aber laut Navi gut zu finden. Zum Europapark und Rulantica 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt.
Das Frühstück gut 👍 und Auswahl von Süß bis Herzhaft. Wünsche wurden erfüllt. .
Man konnte auch schon morgens vor Antritt der Parks den Hotelchip abholen. Im Bad war ein Föhn und jeder Gast bekam 2 Handtücher 👌, Seife auch vorhanden.
Gereist sind 2x Erwachsene und ein 17 jähriger.

Pros:

I just arrived around midnight but called them to arrange to have the key to check in by myself. The guy who was on the Telefon was very cooperative and nice to me. I got a code number and that is how I get in.
