I stayed at Metland Seva Seminyak for a week and everything was exactly as I hoped for. The staff are incredibly kind and truly good at what they do, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
I would like to give a special thank you to a few people who made my experience extra memorable: Nelson and Sudi from the Front Office, Gede from the restaurant and Lilik from the Balinese costume experience. I highly recommend trying the Balinese costume — it’s such a fun and unique service offered by the hotel. Lilik takes beautiful photos and gives great guidance, making it a really special experience.
As a guest, you also receive a voucher for free coffee, and access to beach clubs with discounts on food and drinks, which is a great bonus. The location is very convenient as well, close to convenience stores, the beach, local shops, and restaurants. The room was also well-equipped, including a refrigerator and smart TV.
There are just a few minor points to note. Breakfast was not included in my stay and there is no transport provided to the beach clubs. I also missed having a gym, although this wasn’t not a major issue.
One additional point of feedback: when my “Do Not Disturb” sign was on the door, I was still called with a housekeeping question. In my opinion, DND should always be respected. I also received a reminder call to check out, which felt a bit unnecessary. From my experience, it’s better to only follow up after check-out time if needed, rather than assuming guests will be late.

Our stay was enjoyable. We loved having the beach and access to lots of food and shopping nearby. The staff was also pleasent and welcoming.
I wish we were informed ahead of arrival that our coach could not drop us off at the hotel libby and that there was a fee for the security service.
Location was so good , staff was amazing I felt like home. Bad was so comfortable and when ever we need something staff was so helpful and lovely . Food was delicious and really good price.

Nothing - we left after the first night.
The pool was in reception very small, facilities were very dated. The upstairs rooftop was under renovation which we were informed about but we were told there were beach clubs we could use. These were 30 minutes away by car from the hotel.
We loved our stay here! The location is good! The rooms are decent you get what you pay for, the breakfast was good, and the staff are so welcoming!
Unfortunately as we went off season we didn’t get access to the beach clubs they are partners with, but that just means we need to come back again!

the location is amazing you can find a lot of local shops around, the staff was kind, amazing, the breaksfast was no incluided but for a cheap fee dailyu we could incluid it and it was so delicuuous we tried local food. highly recommend

En av mina favorit boende på Bali. Allt ifrån service, personal till rum och frukost är verkligen på topp. Dessutom en mycket trevlig bubbelpool och många solstolar på taket.
Det är fjärde gången jag bor på detta hotel och jag kommer definitivt tillbaks.
Wi-fi levde sitt egna liv, blev relativt ofta nedkopplad. Vet inte om det specifikt bara gällde mitt rum.
