We really like the buffet breakfast for the price, lots of choices and variety. The location of the room was alright, not bad though we would've liked it near the lift. The staff were really accomodating with all the request we were asking especially the receptionists. The location of the hotel was very accessible, clean and close to everything that we need and most of all, near the beach. We really appreciate the birthday greeting presentation they did when we checked-in. Overall experience was really good and the service was above and beyond our expectation.
The bed linens & towels were clean but needs upgrading. Other than that, nothing really. We're pretty happy with everything and would definitely come back to this hotel.

Je m’attendais à ce que plus de gens passent du temps autour de la piscine mais les espaces communs étaient assez vides. Peut-être Carlao n’est que le début de la saison ?
Staff is very friendly, very good breakfast, very good accommodation, and excellent lunch from the room service with the most reasonable prices in Bali
The pool is just 1.2 m and not suitable for the adults and tall persons

I booked this hotel because of the proximity of the shops we wanted to buy from as we stayed in this location before . It is a lovely little hotel close to the beach .
Needs a bit of an upgrade as lights were not working in the room and floor tiles were broken. A very damp smell in the room too.
This is my 2nd time staying in Metland Seva, as expected it was a wonderful stay, staff look after me so well from the day I checked in til I checked out. Appreciate the birthday greeting surprise it made my day extra special. I will definitely comeback here next time I get in Bali. ☺️
