Le personnel discret mais très sympathique et disponible.
Le jardin est bien entretenu.. L’endroit est assez isolé, ce qui nécessite d’avoir recours à des taxis ou location de scooters.
Le complexe est très vieillissant. Les photos datent sûrement de l’ouverture… les équipements sont rouillés, abîmés ou ne fonctionnent pas et surtout l’ensemble est très sale… Les draps et serviettes, eux, étaient propres mais tachés…

Une expérience déplorable du début à la fin. Le logement — ou plutôt le dortoir — est dans un état d’insalubrité avancé : les sanitaires sont dans un état pitoyable, une algue ou moisissure dans la douche fait peur (on se croirait dans "the last of us") les chambres empestent l’humidité, et des ouvertures au-dessus des portes permettent à toutes sortes d’insectes d’entrer librement.
La prise électrique à côté de mon lit était à nu, ce qui constitue un véritable danger, des toiles d'araignée tout autour du lit... Je n’ai même pas osé soulever le matelas ou les draps, de peur d’y découvrir quelque chose d’encore plus inquiétant. Après coup, j’ai lu dans d’autres avis qu’il y avait eu des punaises de lit, ce qui ne m’étonnerait pas le moins du monde.
Le restaurant, soi-disant sur place, était fermé pendant mon séjour, y compris le matin pour un simple café.
La chambre et la salle de bain n’avaient manifestement pas été nettoyées depuis longtemps : poussière, traces de saleté, odeurs d’humidité persistantes, moisissures, un lavabo fuit et le sceau en dessous n'a pas été vidé depuis bien longtemps, plus de savon. Les lits laissés défaits après le départ des précédents occupants témoignent d’un manque total d’entretien. Les casiers sous les lits étaient dans le même état.
La piscine est sale et mal entretenue, et une lampe électrique flottant à l’intérieur constitue un risque réel d’électrocution.
L’espace extérieur est négligé, jonché de saletés, et ne donne absolument pas envie d’y rester.
Cet établissement semble abandonné à lui-même, ce qui est d’autant plus regrettable qu’il pourrait avoir un certain potentiel avec un minimum d’entretien et de professionnalisme.
Les photos publiées sont mensongères, et certains avis positifs paraissent pour le moins douteux.

Het spijt me om te zeggen, maar deze plek is vergane glorie. Je ziet echt dat het ooit heel mooi en gezellig was. Maar het is nu helaas in een vervallen staat.
Aan het personeel ligt het zeker niet. Die zijn super lief en zijn ook lang blijven wachten tot wij ‘s avonds laat aan kwamen.
Helaas slecht onderhouden. En op zich zou dat voor een veel lager bedrag nog wel prima zijn. Maar dus niet voor deze prijs.

Room was clean, bed really comfortable and private.
The hotel was nice and quiet - we were the only guests apart from one other group. The area is nice and quiet. We rented scooters from the hostel, they were in a good condition and affordable.
The staff was sometimes hard to contact, as they weren’t on the premise a lot of the time. Several of the staff didn’t speak English, which made it hard to communicate. The facilities look quite a bit older and more damaged compared to the pictures. The bar and restaurant wasn’t open. Apart from that we were satisfied with our stay, definitely good value for money

Where to start. The lady who checked me in wasn’t very welcoming she didn’t explain anything just wanted to see if I had paid yet took my phone off me without asking if that would be okay and then showed me to my room I was way behind her as I had heavy bags but she did not care. Only one locker worked luckily it was pretty empty dorm so I assumed it didn’t matter which one I used. Floor was quite dirty but at first glance the bed appeared to be comfortable and clean. Then I got into the bed and kept getting bitten on closer inspection I found tiny ants that must have been the culprit. I tried sleeping them off but was being bitten constantly I could not sleep in that condition. I went to see if anyone was on reception there was just a guy asleep on the couch in the restaurant. Seeing as it was £5 for the night I decided to just pack my bags and go to a hotel. The night staff was now awake and helped me with transport to my hotel that I had booked and said they would inform the owner. I came back the next day as I had clothes drying in the rack outside to find they were put in a bag all wet still. It had rained that morning but I left them undercover outside the dorm so don’t know how that happened. No offer of refund or apology was given at any point.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. They let me keep my main luggage in the lobby when I went down to Kuta. I did not want to carry all of it on the scooter (which I hired from them).
Nice and peaceful, although I like places with a little more going on. But if your looking for snorkeling and relaxation, this is the perfect place for you. An American lady saw 8 turtles on nipah beach in one morning whilst I was there

It’s conveniently located off the main road and within walking distance of the beach and many local warungs/street food vendors. The beach is clean and calm with good snorkeling spots. The room is a bit small, but has a decent sized private bathroom. There is AC, electric kettle with coffee/tea and small paper cups, towels and soap. The area is quiet and close to Bangsal to take the boats to Gilis or Bali. We got what we paid for and the staff was pleasant.
The rooms need refreshing and updating.
Large room and bathroom, comply bed and pillows, with nice sized pool. Staff helped us fix our bike when the battery ran flat. 5 min Walking distance to nearest beach for turtle snorkelling. There are lots of local stalls offering fish dishes, just come prepared with google translate.
With a little love, I think this place could be a real beauty, it’s just didn’t appear to have had much maintenance done over the years.

Hot water not working, keypad to lock dorm door not working so stuff just sitting there unlocked since there were no lockers in the room. Staff acted like it wasn’t a big deal.
The beds were very comfortable
There were rarely people around when I was there. Luckily I was with a friend otherwise it was very boring. The bathroom facilities were not so good, it was leaking everywhere and no hot water. The staff didn't speak English and it was also very far to Senggigi. The scooters were sold out. No restaurants around only very very local warungs.
