Pros:

We were only there one night but great breakfast and good location across from the gorgeous Nipah Beach. Pool looked great although we didn't have time to use it .

Pros:

Es un hotel que hace años debió ser una gran villa pero que ahora se ha ido dejando perder.. Personalmente le encontré mucho encanto, porque simboliza muy bien Senggigi.
Cercanía con la playa también y poder darte un baño nocturno en la piscina.

Cons:

La dejadez del hotel se nota en todos los aspectos, pero merece mucho la pena con el descuento ofrecido (está por encima del nivel de un guest house)

Big room for a family of 4 - 2 bedrooms and 2 outdoor bathrooms.
They opened the restaurant for a simple, cheap breakfast.
Family that run it are very welcoming. They ordered taxis for us whenever we needed it.
Across the road from Nipah beach.
The pool looked inviting but we didn't use it in the end.

Cons:

There were no negatives. The hotel is definitely dated but for £25 a night it was what we were expecting.

Pros:

Wir waren vier Tage hier und haben Familienurlaub gemacht. Der Strand ist sehr nah (5 min) und es gibt Schildkröten. Wir konnten sogar zusehen wie Babyschildkröten ins Meer gelassen wurden. Die Leute sind sehr nett. Die Nipah Villa ist sehr schön mit vielen Pflanzen und zwei sauberen Infinity Pools. Unser Bungalow war grosszügig gebaut und ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Leute geben sich sehr mühe. Bei uns war etwas kaputt, wir meldeten das und es wurde sofort repariert. Es gab zwei grosse Badezimmer mit schönen Duschen. Ausserdem gibt es ein leckeres Frühstück und die Besitzerin ist sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und spricht gut Englisch. Es gibt viele lokale Warungs mit Familienbetrieb. Leider gab es nicht so viele vegetarische Warungs, aber da können wir Sari Laut empfehlen. Scooter kann man unkompliziert beim Hotel mieten, Tankstelle ist in der Nähe, Supermarkt ebenfalls.

Cons:

Der Wasserdruck in einer der beiden Duschen war gering.

False advertising and basically a scam

Sadly I cannot really find anything good to say about this property :(

Cons:

The marketing of this property on this platform is basically a scam. Don't be fooled (like I was) by the promise of huge discounts on normal pricing. It is arguably not even worth the "heavily discounted" price promoted.

The property is nothing like the photos or description. Presumably these are all from better times pre-pandemic eg there is no restaurant or food available (despite the many photos still on this platform and the listing of a restaurant on Google maps); there are no happy smiling uniformed staff; the facilities are very run down and poorly maintained; and there was trash everywhere in the gardens around my room.

I was very disappointed and left feeling angry that I had been duped.

Disgusting! Many Things crawling in there.
Pros:

Nice Pool

Cons:

We found a cockroach, ants, bugs and lizards crawling all around the room.
The cherry on top, We found (amongst many smaller ones) a 30cm gekko sitting on the wall right behind our bed.
We left the same night we arrived and found a better hotel. They did not refund a single cent.

Pros:

Whenever I had a problem, the staff responded right away

Cons:

The internet connection is sometimes unstable, but that's to be expected when staying on an island, so it's not a major problem. Also, it would have been even better if the restaurants were open, although that might depend on the time of year

Pros:

Loved the pool and good location. Beds very comfortable.

Cons:

The images did not match the room stayed in. Room not cleaned and A/C didn’t work. Restaurant closed but we weren’t told so had to bring supplies.
Plumbing in bathroom needs fixing.
Rooms not checked/topped up during stay.

Beaucoup trop cher par rapport à l’état qui mériterait des rénovations générales… ce qui est vraiment dommage car l’endr

Le personnel discret mais très sympathique et disponible.
Le jardin est bien entretenu.. L’endroit est assez isolé, ce qui nécessite d’avoir recours à des taxis ou location de scooters.

Cons:

Le complexe est très vieillissant. Les photos datent sûrement de l’ouverture… les équipements sont rouillés, abîmés ou ne fonctionnent pas et surtout l’ensemble est très sale… Les draps et serviettes, eux, étaient propres mais tachés…
