First impression of the hotel
Pros:

The beds are comfortable. The room is quite spacious, worth the price. The staffs are friendly and fast reply to your special requests.

Cons:

No handwash, tissues, low shelf rack for drying towels, no lifts and no kiblat guidance for Muslims.

Stay was good but unpleasant.
Pros:

Cleanliness. Very clean room/hotel.

Cons:

Sorry to say there is no dressing table with mirror & no cupboards/ wardrobe. The front desk staff was not polite and charge me for late check out RM15 upon informing earlier that i may check out 15-30 minit late since we need to come back after a weddding function to change attire. Very bad experience & i’ll never recommend to any of my friends.

Clean room. Aircond functioning well.

Cons:

Need to wait for almost 30min just to check in despite we arrived quite late around 5ish. Assuming that the room is ready. The worst one is when the door cannot even be closed. The door lock system broken. Ppl can easily peeked inside. Just depends on the metal lock that can easily be open from the outside. They did come to repair but still cannot fixed it. If they were honest and apologised in the first place would actually be better. We were not even opted to change the room. No price reduction either despite our safety is at stake. We are too tired to actually argued atm. Will be my first and last booking here.
