Acceptable facility, poor restaurant.
Pros:

People at reception are friendly and try to help.
Room service makes the rooms well clean and tidy.

Cons:

The weakest point of the hotel is its restaurant.
For breakfast there are only 3 options, that never change.
For the dinner menu the ingredients quality as well as the cook is poor.
The worse thing is the restaurant waiters, where some are very unpolite and give you rolling eyes when you have a simple request, such as getting your coffee not with your breakfast but at the end.

Есенно и уютно настаняване
Pros:

Един прекрасен градски хотел, в началото на пешиходната заноа, срещу магазини имузея на Тиквата в гр. Севлиево. От към чистота нямаме забележки. Отоплението е с добър и тих климатик. Завивките и изобщо обзавеждането е ново, комфертно. В стаята има кафе капсули - комплимент. Wi fi e достъпен и на добро ниво. Има паркинг. Има асансьор. Освен козметика в банята, има и предоставени халати за масажати или сауната, предлагани като услуги. Ползвахме студио - общирно и елегантно, с гардероби / които липсват в много хотели/, но тук е помислено за всичко. Цялата обстановка е свежа, приятна, модерна. Персоналът на рецепция и в ресторант са изключително вежливи. На рецепцията има чадър при нужда, което в БГ рядко се среща. В ресторанта, почеркът е модерен, но и вкусен. Закуската е по избор от меню, обаче в огромно количество. Предстои ми да посещавам отново града по работа и пак ще се върна в това място.
