It was OK with basic facility for your transit journey.
Pros:

Near Guwhati Railway station. 5 mints walk. Very Basic rooms with very basic amenities.
Front staff normally doesn't know about booking you have to show details etc.
One time go for exploring Guwhati, and not spending too much time there.

Cons:

Just for quick freshen-up while in Guwhati sightseeeing and Temple Darshan.
