Pros:

It was really a nice experience being there. For 3 days, whenever and wherever any support was required from the hotel staffs, they were always there to make sure I am not missing in anything. Thank you so much for the services & the hospitality that you guys have provided during the entire period.

Cons:

There's nothing to be improved or I didn't like. It was really amazing.

A nice and quiet stay in Urban inn Rukminigaon
Pros:

The behavior of the staff was extraordinary, they are always there to help you with a smile. Moreover, they try their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible

Cons:

The standard of cleaning needs to improve. The room on my first day was not very clean, especially the bathroom. Also the water pipes needs to be cleaned, as they are clogged and sometimes pour dirty water. The level of maintenance of rooms and facilities requires uplifting. However, even after this shortcomings the helpful nature of the staff and their behaviour mitigated this shortcomings to some extent. However, to be a top rank lodging place, they need to maintain cleanliness and upgrade their amenities.
