I found it to be just as good as I expected.
房間大且非常整潔，對面及樓下就有超市及餐飲街，距離杭州火車東站走路約900公尺；離地鐵站 駅城路 站約1.4公里，都是直線走路可到達。
整體來說以訂房的價格真的很值得推薦
Excellent hotel, quite close to the Hangzhou Railway Station, has a lot of restaurants nearby. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. We had a great night staying there. Highly recommended, next time in China I'll look into SSAW hotels for staying!
A bit far from any metro stations (15mn of walk)
Breakfast was good and many options offered
The location on the map is not correct, we spent 45 minutes locating the hotel
We arrived hotel at midnight and depart to train station early in the morning, didn't have much time to explore around the hotel, the overall environment is serene and clean. Bed very comfortable and breakfast are delicious. This will be my first choice hotel if i wanted to stay near the train station (Hangzhou East Station).
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. It had a pretty big assortment from Asian to western cuisine.
My only comment which is not really related to the hotel itself is that it’s a bit far from the metro station. There is a bus station right in front of the hotel though.
I like the warm, helpful and friendly staffs. There was one particular staff that I regret not asking her name. She had so much initiatives such as to help me add WeChat and reassure me that I could always ask for help if I needed to. My issues were mostly from my lack of ability to communicate in Chinese. She was fluent enough in the English Language to understand me. The staff left me with such a good impression of Hangzhou. The hotel price is very affordable. The rooms met my expectations because I wanted something practical and comfortable. Once you are familiar with the location of the hotel, it is very convenient for metro, high speed rail and access to some convenience store and restaurants around the area.
I wish that there were clearer directions for me to locate the hotel from the Hangzhou Railway station. My mode of transportation was mostly the metro and the high speed rail. The location from the station was not far but it can be confusing. All the buildings around the area appear similar.. It will always be helpful for any traveler if is stated which exit and which metro station can a guest take. Locating the hotel with 3 large luggage was my only stressful event.
Hotel cleanliness is good, surrounding environment is quiet, food is good with a lot of choices
Self service laundry no good, need to wait more than 4 hours, and location far than expectation, need more than 20 minutes to arrive at west lake
Bed is comfy
front desk staff is not friendly. i have paid breakfast for 4 pax, however, when i walked into the restaurant for breakfast, staff asked for extra paid and claimed that i only paid for 2 pax.

The location is good.. next to a small mall .. easily access to food
Room is small for a family of 4 to stay..
The staff are very, very helpful, especially the male staff named 徐哲鸿,he took all the trouble to contact the driver who drived us from the Hangzhou Dong train station to the hotel and helped my hubby to get back the backpack left in the taxi. He also helped to 外卖for my hubby, who was not well and stayed alone in the hotel room. We really appreciate it. Another staff member who we would like to say thank you is a female staff 小蔡 she is also very patient and helpful !

Staff was friendly. There’s self service laundry available. Close proximity to Hang Zhou East railway station.
Some distance from public transport and attractions and malls. The guard does not allow private drivers into the compound which is an inconvenience getting cabs and dropping off.
