Pros:

The place is in the city centre and is near the Paltan bazar. The room was clean and comfortable with good space. Food was amazing and worth the value.

1. The room was not good
2. Service was zero
3. No water bottle and dental kit in room
4. No power backup for AC. I booked an AC room and wasn't able to use AC when there was a power cut.
5. The washroom was so small, you could barely use it.
6. The room image given and room allotment is totally different.
7. Food taste is not up to the mark. I asked for butter roti and they gave normal roti.

The overall experience was zero stars.
