Das instalações em geral, atendimento e bom café da manhã

Cons:

No momento Check-in funcionário passando veneno para moscas exageradamente, além di cheiro fortíssimo, causou irritação na garganta e tosse por horas.

Toalhas extremamente gastas, partes transparentes, dava pra ver outro lado. Inadmissível para um hotel deste nível

Hotel maravilhoso.
Pros:

o Hotel é muito bom, tem uma infraestrutura excelente, o café da manhã é maravilhoso, tinha "pastel de Belém" todos os dias. O jantar também era muito bom, as comidas maravilhosas!! Amamos tudo.

Cons:

Que não tinha piscina aquecida e o hotel era um pouco longe do centro.

Lugar lindo , bem estruturado e organizado!
Todo lugar pensado no recebimento dos hóspedes , personalidade e conforto. Café da manhã bem completo e tudo fresco. Voltaria com certeza e indico demais o lugar.

Academia não tinha esteira. Mas nada que impeça de ir lá. Afinal foi ótima a experiência

Pros:

Cama super confortável! Vista linda do quarto!

Cons:

Tudo ótimo, só os mosquitinhos chatinhos, mas a vela de citronela resolve!
E houve uma pequena confusão , de cobrança na hora do chek out, mas tudo foi resolvido prontamente!
