We departed without staying in our room instead booked and stayed in another Hotel.
Pros:

The rooms appeared clean and tidy and parking right out front. The pub has great meals and seemed homely.

Cons:

The pungent smell of mould and dampness was overwhelming. It was too strong and made a feel unwell.

Well equiped with bar fridge, kettle, microwave. Nice big bathroom and comfy bed

Cons:

There was a bit of an odor, like the room needed freshening. We tried to keep windows open to change the air, but the bugs were bad. It wasn't a horrible smell... Just a little stale.

Accomodation was good but could have been so much better with a bit of TLC

Room was a good size and spotlessly clean. Hotel was easy to find and conveniently located next to the main road.

Cons:

Although the rooms were spotlessly clean they smelt ‘stale’. Opened all the doors and windows for 10 mins which cleared the smell. TV channels in our unit didn’t work and the owner who was really nice wasn’t able to sort it.

The accommodation is described as dog friendly but when we asked the receptionist if there was a dog waste bin i was told they don’t have one and i would have to take dog waste away with me!, hardly dog friendly.

The steps (including area under the hand rail) and the decking in front of the rooms were overgrown with weeds which looked really unsightly.

Cleaner was awesome!
