My new home in Shkoder
Pros:

Everything about this hotel is excellent: the room was spotless and comfortable, the services were perfect, and the location couldn’t be better.
What truly elevated the quality of my stay, however, were Poli and Edona. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality made my visit exceptional and are the reason why I will continue choosing this hotel for my future — and frequent — trips to Shkodër. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff close to everything in Shkoder.
Pros:

Hotel Treva is very conveniently located within 10 minutes walk from the bus station, the city centre and best bars and restaurants.

It is spotlessly clean, has a great breakfast and I love the courtyard garden for relaxing with a drink.

Most importantly, all the staff were friendly and helpful making this a wonderful stay. I will certainly book Hotel Treva when I return to the marvellous city of Shkoder.

Cons:

Reading light or lamp would be good as can be a bit bright with the lights on. But otherwise, everything was perfect.

Many of staff, mostly young women, were helpful w local sites and interests for tourists ; English was moderately well spoken by the younger staff, things went smoothly. The Bar/Lounge service was very good, w an excellent atmosphere of the patio/garden thru the French doors. Thanks!

Cons:

TV set not functional for 2 1/2 of my 3 days visit, a “Network” issue, no one came for repair or re-set.

Pros:

Besonders hat uns die Hilfsbereitschaft an der Rezeption gefallen, dss großzügige Zimmer mit Balkon und die Ruhe nach hinten zum Garten. Es ist auch zentral gelegen, ca. 10 min Fußweg zum Zentrum.

Cons:

Der Kaffee aus der Thermoskanne - ein Kaffeeautomat wäre super!
