Bardzo mila obsługa, dobra komunikacja w jezyku angielskim. Przyjemny sloneczny ogrod akurat zeby wypic dobra kawe z baru. Lokalizacja w centrum, blisko do glownego deptaka i restauracji

Centrally located and good service
Pros:

Location ; centrally located
If you are coming by bus, it is about 10 mins walk.

There are many shops and resturants nearby.

Staff speaks good English and both gals at the reception are very nice.Especially the one in the afternoon. She always smile to me when I pass by and say hi.

Cons:

Size of the room is a bit small.
And the traffic outside in the early morning.

Ottima la posizione vicina al centro e la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina vicino all’hotel. La stanza era grande e silenziosa. Colazione locale salata/dolce. Il personale è gentile e disponibile.

Everything about this hotel is excellent: the room was spotless and comfortable, the services were perfect, and the location couldn’t be better.
What truly elevated the quality of my stay, however, were Poli and Edona. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality made my visit exceptional and are the reason why I will continue choosing this hotel for my future — and frequent — trips to Shkodër. Highly recommended.
