Super lokalizacja, duży czysty pokój. Było wszystko co potrzebne.

Das Personal ist echt schlimm und total unterbesetzt. Wir haben sicher 30 Minuten zum CheckIn vorne an der Rezeption gewartet obwohl das Personal gesehen hat, das wir an der Rezeption warten. Als dann eine Dame kam wurden wir sehr genervt auf unser Zimmer geschickt.

Abends erwartete uns dann die tolle Überraschung, das die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Nur bei 35 Grad im Zimmer schläft es sich sehr schlecht. So haben wir versucht das Zimmer zu tauschen. Aber natürlich war wieder niemand vom Personal anzutreffen. Die Rezeption war wieder nicht besetzt und eine Nummer zum anrufen oder eine Klingel gab es auch nicht.

Wir würden definitiv nicht wiederkommen

El hotel es cómodo, limpio y está en una ubicación perfecta para quien se mueve en auto. Parqueadero gratuito y desayuno excepcional.

Pros:

Wir konnten kostenlos unser Gepäck für ein paar Tage im Hotel lassen als wir den Valbona Pass gewandert sind.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem und man kommt zu Fuß überall innerhalb von 20 Minuten hin.

מרחק הליכה מהמרכז, אבל שקט ואינטימי. צוות מהמם ואדיב. דאגו לנו הרבה מעבר למה שצריך. עזרו לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים. טום ומורנה מקסימים. מסעדה טובה של המלון. היה לנו מושלם ❤️

Heerlijk verblijf !

De locatie is geweldig niet de drukte van de stad maar een paar minuten lopen en l
Je bent in het gezellige centrum,
De ontvangst door de uiterlijkst vriendelijke dame is geweldig ,
De kamer is ruim en brand schoon alles in de badkamer is aanwezig en de koelkast op de kamer is koud ,de airconditioning werkt correct.
De bedden zijn voorzien van een goed matras .

Cons:

Niets alles was perfect.
